Ordered a extra pepperoni pizza. It had literally no cheese. I took pictures of it to show. They put pepperoni over sauce !!! when I took a bite all I could taste with sauce and Dough and pepperoni and that is why. Who does this??? Nasty pizza !! This was in Shelbyville Kentucky. Also ordered a cheese stuffed bread. It was OK but the pizza was absolutely horrible. How do you make a pizza that’s supposed to have everything extra and has no cheese?????

Usually pretty good but this time I ordered the Supreme. It basically was a pepperoni pizza with green peppers and onions thrown on top. They were cold and not cooked. Just raw vegetables sitting on top like an afterthought. Not good at all

I have to applaud the employees at this place for balancing their time so well, they really did a good job of meeting everyone’s needs, giving a realistic time frame, and not making someone wait longer than someone else. They were just understaffed, plain and simple. Also, the company needs to remove the moniker “Hot ‘n Ready” because that is no longer their model – the pizza is not made until you order it, which I appreciate the freshness, but that is not what is advertised. Either go back to ready on the spot, or change the name of the pizza.

Pizza is always fresh and loaded with toppings. Staff is very friendly and I love the fact that you can order with the mobile app and pick up your pizza from the pizza portal with a 3 digit code. So fast and easy. Also everytime I order I use the promo code FREE2L1 before checking out on the app and get a free 2 liter! I really hope they keep this promo code 🙂
