Horrible service and RUDE! I ordered two pizzas and this is what I got. Looks like a 2 year old made the pizza. It’s suppose to be a Pretzel Pizza and a Fanceroni Pizza, the pretzel pizza didn’t even have salt. The fanceroni had some sort of black burnt stuff on one side. After us opening the box and moving the black stuff off to see what it was my wife ultimately just asked for another pizza, so the young girl grabbed the pizza and put it back into the warmer for the next person. At that point we just asked for a refund and left. We couldn’t believe what she just did. Definitely a health code violation. I won’t be returning to this little Caesar’s. They can shut it down for all I care.

I’m beyond devastated right now I ordered online at 6:20, tracker said order to be ready for pick up between 6:45-6:50. I get to the store at 7:02 orders not ready I leave go to the dollar store come back at 7:22 order still not ready young girl at the counter then gets an order ready for me I get to the car to realize she had given me the wrong order (I’m not upset with her at all accidents happen) I take the order back in the store she tells me it was labeled wrong and she would start making my order I asked how long it would be and she said 25-30mins I asked for a refund explaining that my son has a bedtime she gets the manager I asked the manager if I needed my card for the refund she didn’t even look at me and said no she hands me a receipt telling me the money would be back on my card in 3-5 days I then explained to her that was all the money I had now I’m unable to go across the street to get my kid a burger before bed she tells me there is nothing she can do about it I said I guess I have no choice but to wait on the pizza but guess what she wants me to pay for it and all the money I had was on hold due to their mistake now I’ll have to feed my kid breakfast for dinner. Where is the compassion in the world I wasn’t just trying to get some free food but why should my son and I pay for your

Horrible experience we made a $50 order online and it said it was gonna be ready around 6:20-6:25 we arrived at exactly 6:20 and were waiting to see our name on the pick up spot but never did. Finally after waiting 10-15 minutes I decided to ask about our order and the employee told me to hold on only to get an order out that had been placed after our arrival. Then when told the order name immediately grabbed it from the back. When I got home which i only live like 3-5 minutes away, I realized the pizza was cold so I tried to reach out via phone call only to never get ahold of anyone. In all honestly I do not recommend little Caesars pizza it’s never hot nor ready and customer service absolutely sucks.

I placed an order over the phone at 8:20 and they told me to wait 30mins. I waited and left at around 40mins after the order. I arrived and it wasn’t even made but it said it was ready. I was like okay, I’ll place it again. I waited another 15mins only to be told they didn’t make it… AGAIN. While I was in there the young man at front desk kept messing up others order the same way as mine. In my opinion it wasn’t even that busy for all the mess made tonight. Instead of waiting the 30mins I waited about an hour and a half more only to return home with no pizza. Unbelievable.

Went on a very busy night. I saw a lot of employees but some were just standing around. You could tell they were overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle getting caught up with all of the orders. The manager stayed in the back until people complained.

I understand being busy AF, like they were tonight, but burning my pizza and losing half the toppings is never acceptable to do to anyone! That was on top of being an hour late to even bake it after the estimated time I was given when placing my order online. The pizza even has a weird odor to it. Half undercooked and half burned. Sat here for 25 minutes waiting for my pizza portal id called in an hour prior. They left it sitting out, and never let me know the order was ready until I said something about how long I was waiting. At least 5 folks who ordered for the pizza portal had to come in and complain to get the food they paid for
