This specific location of Lil Caesars has been rather disappointing the last several times I’ve ordered. Whenever Lil Caesars sells the pretzel crust pizza, I order from them quite frequently, until the promotion ends. The last few times I’ve ordered it from this store specifically, its been so awful. Today is a good example. Just brought the pizza home and the ends of each slice looks as though it has no cheese or pepperoni. I’ve just eaten a slice and the pretzel crust doesn’t taste like pretzel crust, it tastes like an extra buttery stuffed regular crust, with some salt sprinkled on it. Clearly, I should stick to the location in JTown on Taylorsville Rd, they do a much better job!

I’m pretty grossed out these guys aren’t wearing gloves.. they are touching their phones, wiping their faces, pulling up their pants and handling the food with no gloves. Even grosser is handling the food, preparing dough and dropping all the hair around while they do it. This has got to be health violation,? Yuck. I asked the manager and she said they aren’t required to wear gloves. I won’t ever eat there again because clearly they have no sanitary standards.

The cashier was really sweet, but that was the highlight. We got the wrong pizza, it was poorly baked. The wings were terrible, and the crazy bread was so dry we couldn’t even eat it. It’s just a reminder of why it has been so long since we’ve had Little Caesars.

So my kids placed an order at 7:04pm inside the store tonight. The time is how 8:34. The only thing they ordered was a cheese hot n ready, and an order of crazy bread. When my kids came back empty handed, I went up there. The “manager” hollered, “DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?!” I said, “no but my kids placed an order in the store an hour and a half ago!” He apologized and said there’s only two of us. While I realize that may be true, it is the simplest pizza one can possibly make. Not to mention the fact they had no 2 liters and they had dead bugs in their window. Finally after 2 hours, my kids got their cheese pizza and crazy bread. As an apology for having to wait for 2 hours, they gave them a brownie.

Disappointed in the fact that you use online for the portal, pay ahead for convenience. Then upon arrival while waiting on portal to be filled you receive a text that it is not going to be inthe portal . So your pizza is getting cold while you waited then you have to get in line to wait so to not be rude to others ordering. To finally get your pizza 20 minutes later. Unacceptable. Apology was nice food good, but why have portals if not going to use them ?

Very attentive to their customers. It had just started getting busy when I arrived and the reacted politely and professionally to every single customer. Outside of the 1 kid being manipulating at the register for free food the service was excellent. Not to mention it is little caesars pizza… (Automatically good). The owner or manager on duty wore a smile to boot. Great job. Try the 3 meat on a deep dish. (Detroit Style!)

I came in to order 1 cheese pizza, 1 pepperoni pizza, and 1 crazy bread. I was told it would be about 20 to 25 minutes. After waiting for an hour and seeing several people that came in after me get what could have easily made my order I had to get a refund and eat elsewhere. No apologies were made. There is no way to check on your order without getting back in a line that takes 20 minutes to get through and everyone else is checking on their orders. The worst service ever. No thought is given to the people waiting on their food. I used to eat here regularly, now I will pick one of the countless other pizza places to eat.

Ordered on the website. Card was charged for the food. Went to pick the pizza up and no one was there and the door was locked. Went the next day to get a refund and they couldn’t give me a refund because I ordered on the site. Had to get the meal I originally ordered.

Same Old Me
Attempted to call to place an order tonight 20 min before closing and no one answered. Showed up to the location and they had the “open” sign off. Once inside no one greeted us, not even the manager. We ordered the pretzel pizza and it was clearly a pizza that they had made earlier in the day. Worse experience ever!
