Well when your in a rush for a pizza you can’t beat the hot and ready pizza. The only thing you have to worry about is how fresh it really is. Mine was fresh but the hot and ready crazy bread wasn’t very fresh.

Best service you can ask for. Was having a frustrating day, ran behind schedule and ordered pizza for my team to celebrate a good week. Was so excited to see the Pretzel crust pizza back and sent in my order. Gleefully grabbed a slice and brought it back. Amazingly done, fresh and hot even after a 30 minute drive. After opening all the boxes I didn’t see the one I was really excited about and realized I had to go back to the area for work and decided to come into the store to see if I could get it. Recognizing me, no run around Rick made it right. Turned around my day, get your pizza here and support people who take pride in their profession.

I guess this one was not hot n ready. Outside crust was so thick, it did not completely cook through. Also the outside of the pizzas must of had cheese or something else on it to cause it to burn. All 3 pizzas were the same as far as the burnt areas. I have never really had a bad experience at this location until Saturday. Might have to pay out a little more to get a better pizza elsewhere.

Service is extremely slow, out of the 5 times I’ve gone, only 1 of the workers was nice. Waited 15 minutes for cold pizza and cold crazy bread. Burnt crust on the pizza. I don’t mind to wait for fresh food, but geez, if it’s not at least warm then I really don’t want it at all… Won’t go back to this location. Which sucks because the pretzel pizza is my favorite ☹️

Order # 249291 I ordered at 7:47 PM didn’t receive my food until 8:08 PM. I watch multiple people come and go while waiting for my food. Everything I ordered was off the hot and ready menu. I finally had to go inside to get my food. when I went inside they told me I’m sorry it took so long we’re getting ready to close. That’s why my food wasn’t ready. But I ordered an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. That didn’t make any sense. Nor is it customer friendly to state that you’re gonna have to wait longer for your food if you order some thing an hour and 15 minutes before you close. Hopefully a manager sees this.
