My food was delicious!! Memphis is an awesome guy!! I visited this store because I was in the area. Originally I’m from Buffalo, NY. Memphis knew all of the local kids that came in and was exceptionally kind to all of them!! He treated every person who came in his store with a kindness and compassion that is hard to come by now a days! From police officers to kids to regular folk like myself, he was so incredibly helpful, kind, and generous! I would highly recommend the food and service at this location!

What I ordered and what I got were two totally different things. What I ordered is something that would be made fresh. What I got was something old and dried out. Why is it that the only place that seems to get it right is back home? When I tried calling, the phone rang and rang and eventually getting transferred to some corporate office that still went unanswered.

I sure hope the guy that took my order wasn’t the manager, but he prolly was. Rushing my order and giving me attitude cause he didn’t hear me say I wanted sauce with my cheese bread. Dude seemed like he was on some kind speed. I hate being rushed. Next time I’ll go across the street to Papa Johns.

Burnt Italian cheese bread I ordered from the one in Covington, Kentucky. The lady had the nerve to say I could be a scammer when I told her a million times I have an order number. The bread is hard as ever. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. All I want is my refund.
