Wish I had an oven in the office to finish cooking the pretzel pizzas. Very different, from the experience I had in the office on Good Friday, this year, from this location. First time for some of my co-workers and definitely not up to par. No more from this location during office hours. Person seemed to be in a hurry to get it out and the picture speaks for itself. Floppy and toppings pull off easily. No sauce included that was ordered, either.

Tried to place an online order, but would not let me submit it. Went into the store to place an order for a pretzel crust pizza and was told I can only order the pretzel crust online. I told the employee that the online ordering says that it is not working, to call the store. The employee tells me that I will just have to wait until online ordering is available again to order. I told her nevermind and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and a bacon pizza. I asked how long until the order will be ready and was told approximately 7 minutes. 25 minutes later, the order was finally finished. Not the best experience at this location.

We ordered via the app, and gave us an estimated time of 25 to 30 minutes. The app let us know they finally put or order in oven 15 minutes later. Then 10 minutes later it said it was boxing up. Then nothing, no further updates. My wife went into inquire after about 10 minutes late, and was told they were waiting on crazy bread. 10 more minutes passed, my wife asked about our order again. It was at that time she was told that they really weent waiting on bread and they actually just forgot our order was ready because they put an invalid number on it, so it had just been sitting there for who knows how long. It took an hour to get our order when the original “estimate” was 25-30 minutes. By the time we got it home, the pizza was cold and dried out, crazy bread was cold and hard, and wings were cold and rubbery. it was basically all trash at that point, we wasted 35 dollars on trash This happened on Friday, April 26 at the Erlanger, KY location. I can’t imagine I would ever go back after such terrible service and food.

So…I noticed NO ONE wore gloves or hair nets…..most has beards and the guy who was kneeding the pizza…had hairy arms….no doubt hair was in the pizza. One guy who also handled the money helped make the pizza also…I believed he washed his hands but hair and beard nets and gloves would nice. Otherwise, the food was good and the workers appeared kind.

Interesting Character
They didn’t hear the doorbell, but once they realized I was there they provided fantastic service including going out of their way when they did not have to do so. The product was exactly as one would hope a hot and ready product would hope for. Would absolutely recommend this location for the combination of product, service, and value.

The woman who took our order was super sweet and funny. Food was done fast. The only thing is they forgot the pepperoni on my neices Pizza, but Im not tripping about it, hell the food was delicious, we were all happy with it in the end!

first time i came here at the drive through. cashier told me wait out in the front. This skinny girl had me waiting for 30mins. Inside, i saw 10 boxes of pizza that she couldve brought me one outside and didnt. Be very careful and just get down from your vehicle. Cheers.

If you live in union, I would suggest coming to this location vs. the one on 42. Better food, no hair in your food, employees attitudes are always better here and it doesn’t take an hour for one pizza to be finished correctly.
