James took care of us tonight… this is what an extra most bestest is so suppose to look like… been to this location 2 months ago and they gave me something that looked like it was a hot and ready and waited more time then what told and didn’t complain… until I saw the pizza.. told the lady this doesn’t look worth the money that I’m paying for but I still took it without complaining… like an ok whatever… Erlanger location always makes it right but tonight the were closed so tried 42 location again and asked them if they could make it right this time and explained my experience from last time not expecting anything just saying please… just to say thank you to James being new management for telling me that he got me and he will make it just the way it’s suppose to be and he did

Let me start by saying I enjoy the food. I get that food runs out and more has to be made and it takes time. When customers walk in to an establishment that promises Hot n’ Ready pizzas the expectation is there is food ready to go. I’m not complaining about the food at all. Especially working in the food service industry. But talking bad about customers as they walk out the door is incredibly disrespectful. Do better

Extremely slow. Short staffed and ordering online is a joke. 11 people waiting with no pizzas in portal but whole shelf behind counter full of pizzas with no owners. What is point of having portal or codes to make it easier when u have to wait 12 deep to not use the code and have it handed to you. At least 15 people left because of line or left angry with refund. Save time go to Burlington.

Order was taken but not sent back to kitchen and went unnoticed for 25 minutes when it was supposed to be done, then was made but after 20 additional minutes of waiting I had to point out that it was made incorrectly. Order was received incorrectly because I didn’t have timeto wait again. Originally was 2 pep pretzel crust 1 cheese pretzel crust two crazy combos. Got two pep pretzel crust one regular cheese from the warmer and two crazy bread no sauce. It was a disaster.

Ordered carryout from here three times. The first time I had to wait 15 minutes past the pickup time to get my order. Second time was . Tonight they got one of the pizzas wrong (just a topping but it was greasy pepperoni on a cheese pizza ). I get it that it’s Saturday night and busy but please pay attention. We came from Grant County to get this bc it’s the nearest location and didn’t want the rest of our order to get cold waiting for a remake. 2 stars bc of wait time and incorrect order. Staff is friendly though.

Make like they taught you in D.A.R.E and just say no. I understand that the time give is approximate. 20 minutes turned into 45. The place is about as organized as a dryer full of rocks. The food was disappointing even for little ceaser’s. I’m not expecting gourmet food and lighting fas service. I received disappointment with pepperoni. Magic 8 ball says ” return trip is highly unlikely.”
