Went in last night about 8:45 and was told they weren’t taking any more orders because they closed at 9. I went back out to my car and watched another gentleman who had apparently ordered ahead go in to pick up his order. At 8:55 they locked the door and turned off the light at 8:57. I called them and was told they quit taking orders at 8:40 because there would be no time to make anything with only 20 minutes left. If that’s the case why is it when we call an order in we’re told it’ll be ready in 10 minutes? If you advertise that you’re open until 9, you stop taking orders at 9. If another restaurant closes at a certain time and you walk through the door prior to that time they don’t refuse you service. It’s just poor customer service and a ridiculous way to operate a business. I don’t want anything free from them, I just want to be assured that if I find myself back there again close to closing time I won’t be refused.
