We waited in line for at least an hour, when our pizzas were called in far before. We watched the workers just take turn taking smoke breaks and cars never moved. It literally took 15 minutes for each car to get service and move.

Ordered pizza online was given a ready time for about 30 minutes later when I got there, restaurant was filthy phone was ringing off the hook. No one was answering it I was told my pizza was on the bottom of the list and it would not be ready for at least one hour, this place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time.

Ordering via the app / online commonly misrepresents your pick up time by an hour or so. They almost never have hot n ready offerings actually ready. It’s the only Little Caesars I know if where it’s almost always an hour wait to get a pepperoni pizza. They also randomly lock the front doors and only operate the drive thru with is fun when your ordered sometime for the pizza locker specifically so you wouldn’t have to wait twenty minutes in the drive thru. It’s really a shame they’re the only location in town because it’s because it’s the worse run Little Caesars I’ve ever witnessed by far.

Last week I got a pizza and drove off to only half way home and my daughter opened the box to get a slice out to find the pizza was burnt/over cooked. I had to drive back and get a replacement… Then I went back last night and got a pizza I opened it and again over cooked.. I asked the lady if she could just refund my money bc I would of had to wait for them to make a new one she rolled her eyes and said of course with an attitude. Her name was Dakota. Anyways I don’t know if they are just keeping the pizzas in the warmer for too long or what but the customer service and pizza has been horrible.

My nephew and I both went into this place on separate occasions. The manager or the cook , or whoever the tall lightskinned guy with glasses is he refused to cook our orders for no reason. Idk if he just didn’t feel like it or what he told my nephew that he couldn’t make it cuz his dough had to rise and he told me they was out of hot and ready pizzas completely and it would be an hour and a half wait on any.
