As a Door Dash driver when I pick up my orders they never have them ready. Today I had to sit and wait on an order for 30 min. I get bad reviews on my timing because they don’t care about consistency or there door dashers. Do better so I don’t look bad Little Ceasers! Update ended up canceling my order the manager had me sitting for 40 minutes whe he was outside smoking told me 30 minutes ago the pizza was about to come out the oven then walked in and said he was starting the order this just careless

Waited in drive for 20 minutes with groceries in my car. My kids was hungry. Only to get to window to be told cash only in drive. No sign outside. Then was told I could come in to use card. I came in and waited with several other people in lobby. No one out there to even take an ordered. Guy was rude in drive and no one at counter to get or order food. Gets worse every time I go in there. A sign outside would have save a lot of time about cash only in drive. Speaker and menu was not working in drive thur either. I know you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous. Just close the doors or go only inside or drive. The guy in drive could have taken my order and rang it up at the front counter. Last time I was in they said do order online and pick up only. Too busy to take care of ordering there.

Ordered online at 6pm. Stayed it would be ready between 6:32 and 6:37. Got here at 6:35. The lady who was at the front register was extremely rude. There was someone standing there talking to her about employees who worked in the back and how disgusting they are to work with. The lady at the register stated that my food was still in process (I had 2 pizzas and crazy bread) waiting until 6:45 to go back in. Food still wasn’t ready. Finally got out pizza at 7pm. Overall, the experience was terrible. Employee was extremely rude.

I ordered online, and since there’s usually a busy drive-thru, I selected to pick-up in store; by doing so, I was able to avoid the long wait. I ordered the stuffed crust pretzel pizza with red sauce, and it was delicious! I’ll definitely order the same way again!

Went inside to order due to only cash at drive thru. The two girls were running around doing everything they could to keep up. There was a guy in the back slowly walking around just watching the girls and crowd build up in the lobby. He carried a broom like he was doing something. It was 30 minutes waiting and neither of those girls stopped and tried to say something to everyone who walked in. I know that u get what you work for but ten dollars a hour is way to much for that guy and the girls need to be getting both half his pay!!! Try making equal pay for equal work. The girls need a raise!!!!!!

Ordered over an hour ahead, got there lobby closed early, by time got to window order was supposed to.have been ready over 10 minutes earlier. Waited over another half hour, watched the assistant manager leave with what looked like my order never received my order and was barely able to leave the parking lot because drive thru line was almost blocking me in.

Order a pizza paid for it noticed it wasn’t the full order. The lady argued with me instead of just letting me purchase the rest of my order and walks away. Like it’s too much to ask to put my half order in the warmer while I wait 15 min for my other pizza
