So I come to this location all the time. There is one young girl who is always nasty and rude. She called me racist when she told me white people can’t have curly hair and i told her that’s not true. She waves me out every time very aggressively and petty. She started a verbal fight with my boyfriend because she thought he was wearying black face , when in reality he is a welder and has slat on him. She consistently has something to say nasty. She wears slippers, has her hair everywhere, sits on counters, wears pajamas, and is very vulgar to customers. She made a comment today when I complimented someone else’s nails and she said “Well now we all know you’re not straight” and looks me up and down.

Tuesday April 18th at 2:20pm Terrible service. I called twice simply to place an order and the girl picked up the phone slammed it without hanging up properly then began to curse at me for calling twice. This is what happens when you hire children with no life ambition. She needs to be fired. No customer service skills at all!

Tried to order online. Apparently they are not accepting online orders currently? Seems ridiculous given we just all lived through a pandemic where online orders are a regular thing, but whatever. Regardless, I drove there to find three people ahead of me standing waiting for orders that were not ready. I stood watching two larger boys play patty cake with each other (horsing around) while another younger short boy looked clueless and a middle aged woman tried to appear organized. Rather than ask what those of us were waiting for, she ignored us. The concept of Hot and Ready is apparently dead here. There were no pizzas ready and waiting. After about ten minutes of watching a hot mess of lack of service and organization, I left and went to Marcos. I would rather pay more for a pizza and service I will actually get. This place has go e downhill since their fire ages ago. I mean, how about a, “How can I help anyone?” even? Sad.

Literally have kids working there that are yelling and fighting in the back. Told me they had pizza ready. Then told me they just put it in the oven. Then he forgot my crazy bread and when I said something he rolled his eyes and slammed it on the counter. So unprofessional and rude. I’ll never go back to this location. Not to mention the 4 other high school kids hanging out in the tiny lobby just hanging out. Not to mention they were vaping inside.

Nothing ever hot and ready. Terrible customer service. The person that helped me most recently sighed loudly when I asked if they had it deep dish hot and ready. Like previous review said, it’s a bunch of kids all yelling at each other. Don’t bother with this location.
