Called to ask why my pizza wasn’t cut, I was told I was a “effing liar and it’s probably the DoorDash order” (it wasn’t) and that I could come back and have it cut then, when it’s a 26 minute drive to go there and back to feed my family. I also wasn’t given my crazy sauce with my order, told I was a liar again. When I spoke to the “manager” she said I don’t know what you want me to say, my first answer was learn how to put your calls on hold so your customers don’t hear how NASTY your employees speak about the people who buy food from you! (Pizza NOT CUT)

This location has no idea what the ready part means in “hot and ready”. It’s a regular occurrence to go in here after 4:00 and find that of all the hot and ready menu items to choose from, they might have one ready. If your going to set the expectation that you have menu items that are hot and ready, well, they should be hot and ready.

I’ve waited to leave a review. Little Caesar’s is meant to be convenient and more times than not this place is far from it. I’ve called in orders so I can get in and get out and failed. I’ll sit there for 5-10 min before someone even greets you. Rarely ever have things hot and ready to go. Lines pile up, and it’s not only lunch time or dinner they fail. I’ve tried to stop at open assuming they’d have product ready when they open the doors and they still aren’t prepared. You might ask why I’ve continued to go, and it’s because I have given them the benefit of the doubt and thought just bad timing. Unfortunately it’s not the case, things truly need to be managed and organized better at this location! Someone needs to take the reigns and do better

Let me start by saying that I completely understand having a bad day. It happens to all of us. However, “General manager” Sarah has zero clue as to what it takes to be a good manager and seems to have a record of treating customers disrespectfully. She is rude, aggressive, and inappropriate towards customers. She does not listen nor does she care to listen. If she treats customers this way, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. But, that’s probably why the turnover rate at this location is ridiculously high. Hopefully whoever oversees this location that is over her will see all these reviews about Sarah specifically (mine is NOT the first!) and address it accordingly. Either find a GM that knows how to properly address a customer and lead a team of employees in a healthy manner, or teach Miss Sarah how to treat her customers and employees. As of right now, she is an embarrassment to your establishment.

I don’t know if it’s just this location but I was hoping to pick up a thiin crust hot n ready but they weren’t ready. I had to wait 30 mins. But it was fresh and good. Just expected it to be ready was my only problem. And it was 6 something. Will try again

usually everything is great but I would just like to comment about my experience last night and it was not pleasant. we ordered the pretzel pizza. my husband ate 2 pieces before I realized there was no salt on the crust so we took it back but the manager refused to replace the pizza because “half of it was missing”. 2 PIECES were missing. so they mess up and we get punished..? not cool little Caesars, not cool.

Do not order from this location and expect your food to be ready at the time quoted. I placed an order at 10:05 pm and was quoted by their system that it would be ready between 10:16 and 10:21. When I had not received an update by 10:28, I went inside to inquire. At 10:33, I was finally acknowledged, having not even seen a worker for those 5 minutes, and told that my order would be ready soon. Soon was 10:53. Based on what movement I could see, it looks like my pizza came right out of the oven before being brought to the counter. So it is likely that my pizza wasn’t even put in the oven until I came in to ask for an update – about 30 minutes after my order was placed, and 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. That the system is so off on times is incredibly frustrating and terrible service. The company really needs to have their system sync up with how much business an individual location can handle, because this business clearly doesn’t have enough staff to meet the expectations it sets.

Pure gross appeal including employees’ dirty uniforms and nasty crumbs on the counter at the checkout in plain sight. Extremely dirty, the place needs a complete makeover with a whole cleanup crew. I was in disbelief at the appearance. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t permanently closed its doors yet. I understand the economy needs to thrive, and people need employment. Cleanup, do better. We love the food, just not the filthy appearance.

Sweet Sweet
Well……..45 minutes after arriving, and after the manager Sara tried to tell us all in the lobby that the “pizzas were in the oven”, the cook finally told us that some of the pizzas were missed. Instead of a simple apology and ownership of the issue, we were barked at. Meanwhile, the health department would have a much better experience inspecting the situation my family’s pizza was made it. Besides the staff not wearing masks, never washing their hands between handling money and food, and incredibly dirty and unsafe foyer area……..this is just gross. I wouldn’t let my kitchen look like this, and don’t expect a restaurant to either. Yuck!
