I ordered online. Went to pick my order up at the designated pickup time. My order was not ready. I asked the counter ladies about my order and they said that there was still going to be a wait. 30 minutes later, I asked about my order again. With a rude tone and look the two counter ladies looked at each other and laughed. The app then notified me that my order was just placed into the oven. Another 30 minutes goes by before I have to ask again for my order. More laughing from the staff and 10 minutes after that I got my order. The pizza was cold as if taken out of the oven and left sitting in the back not in a warmer. I called and spoke to the so-called manager. She said her was Autumn. I asked for her manager’s name and number and she refused. I requested a full refund and she then told me I was absurd, laughed out loud and said there was nothing she could do to help me. I will never spend another cent at that Little Caesars again! It just doesn’t get any more ghetto than the way this place is run by hood rats.

Wish I could give zero stars. You can’t use gift cards online (why??) so I went there to order. Wait in line to find out the only thing they are selling right now are the hot and ready pepperoni and cheese pizzas and the crazy bread. I’m sorry what?? And there’s at least three or four people working I don’t understand. Multiple customers walked out.

Yeah thinking tonight is the LAST time we order pizza from this place… called in the order, went to pick it up, the total was $32.00… went to pay with a $50.00 bill, and the girl behind the counter was very very rude!! She said she can’t take it because she didn’t have change….please, ok so went out to my car, counting change and grabbing whatever to come up with $32.00… went back in with all my change and whatever else I had, went up to the counter, RUDE again and states “she was next”, said I was just in here and again she says “she’s next”

I put an order in online at 20 of 12 requesting a 1 o’clock pick up. We got there at 1 o’clock and had to wait 25 minutes before we got our order. We had already paid for it online or I would’ve walked out terrible service terrible. Terrible. Terrible

Definitely more pepperoni on the pizzas . Pizza is what you would expect . Wings are surprisingly good ! The 3 star instead of 5 is because of the terrible cut job on our cheese pizza. Literally every time we order anything special half of it is not cut and the other half looks like it was slapped with the roller . Do better on the cut table

Pizza wasn’t great. There should’ve been more toppings. Horrible wait time, ordered online, and it took almost an hour for pick up – I except an hour for delivery, not pick up! This place has been going downhill since the pandemic, always short staffed, pizza look horrible, and higher prices than other Little Caesars in area.

Ordered a custom made pizza, I inquired about it and they had to see what was taking so long.. a few minutes later they put it inside the pickup slot. Looks like a re boxed a hot n ready cheese pizza.. They dropped the ball.. It was so cold I had to warm it up before the kiddos ate it..
