I ordered a pizza online, and a problem was caught with it before I got there. By the time I walked in the door, they were just boxing up a replacement, and were honest and forthcoming about the delay. Some places would just pass off the mistake pizza and hope nobody said anything. I could not ask for better customer service, and the team at this location deserves the highest of praise. Also, the pizza was hot and delicious as advertised!

It’s little Caesars and you get what you pay for. This location is always on point tho and probably one of the best little Caesars I’ve had. Not sure if it’s because it’s near Youngstown in which our area is known for some of the best pizza locally so I feel these chain places seem to step it up out here.

My kids love the hot and ready cheese pizza. Occasionally I’ll get them the breadsticks and wings. They’ve enjoyed them all. Especially the free cookies they always get. They’ve bashed the wings. The pizza is good just not the best when reheated unless you put it in the oven.

Needed 4 pizzas fast after funeral services and the team at Elyria Ohio produced these in about 10 minutes. The quality surprised many of those who consumed at the house. Service was excellent and positive vibes / good leadership was observed.

Ordered online and arrived early. Food wasn’t made fresh I watched them pull it out of the hot and ready warmer and put it in the pickup box. Waited for 20 min and got old food. Told the person I watched her do it and I wanted it fresh out the oven and she said, it’s not old…you don’t want it? Hahahahahahaha, no make it fresh and I’ll wait. Fifteen min later I left with fresh food. Never going back.
