We didn’t mind waiting for a bigger order. Some of order missing, one pizza not fully done, pizzas not fully cut. Delivery driver said kids working didn’t care if orders right or fully cooked. Called delivery service and still waiting on 65% refund. This is not the first time order bad from this location. Management seems to not care. From now on we will order from a better LC and pick up down by lake.

Entire order messed up. We asked for no marinara replace with garlic, they did 2 pizzas with light sauce. We asked for pepperoni and got none, they were asked to do pepperoni and bacon on 1 pizza, they added a whole pizza to our order. And they managed to burn one of the pizzas. Horrible customer service!

I am handicapped, and the store does not have a ramp. I have to use my cane and stand up then wait in line to get a hot and ready which usually takes at least 10 minutes in line. When I got home, the pizza, which is a plain cheese, pizza, hot and ready and half of the pizza was missing the cheese, and the whole thing was hard as a rock. Very very disappointed.

Shout out to the employees that wouldn’t help! My wife came and placed a $50 order, and went back to the car and it wouldn’t start. They wouldn’t let her use the phone, and made her and my daughter walk home in the dark. Why couldn’t you guys just let her use the phone?
