I have called this restaurant so many times and no one answers the phone. It says they’re only taking online orders and not accepting in-store orders, but continue to refuse to answer the phone. Piss poor service, no sense of urgency, maybe it needs better management but something needs to change with this location.

We door dashed a pizza and a few other items from this location. Three pieces into the pizza my boyfriend bit into a plastic tooth floss pick that was cooked into the dough. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, a toothpick or floss should not be anywhere near food prep areas. The store phone has been ringing as busy and the customer service line is closed for the day. I will be filing a complaint with corporate the moment I get in contact with someone. I have added photos of it both in the pizza slice and removed, where you can obviously tell it is slightly melted and was cooked in the pizza. Whoever’s toothpick it was deserves to be fired and should never be allowed near a kitchen again.

I am very disappointed about the service today at the Lee Harvard location. The Caucasian young came in from outside to assist me. She proceeded to open the area for my pizza when I asked her wasn’t she going to WASH their hand!s! Her reply was I was just outside! I responded you still need to Wash your hands, she put my pizza back. Said have good day! All she needed to do was wash her hands before touching the food! VERY UNSANITARY !!!!!!

Went there yesterday to buy a cheese pizza the guy told me there were nun ready I’m like ok watever so I settle for a pepperoni pizza so as I go to pay for the pizza he told me $6 plus the garlic better which was $1 extra so I gave him a $20 and he gave me $3 so I was like sir I’m missin $10 he said sure you are (sarcastic) but still gave it to me ♂️ I will never come here again and guys make sure you count your change
