I ordered a stuffed crust pizza extra cheese add sausage and stuffed crazy bread for delivery! When my order was dropped off I went inside and noticed that it wasn’t my order. I called them and they said I had to contact the DoorDash delivery and have them reassign a dasher. After some time on the phone with them and not being able to help I contacted little Cesar’s and asked them could I bring it back and get the correct pizza she said absolutely that she was gonna put one in and we went back I didn’t think to check the pizza before leaving and it was already 10pm the pizza she gave me wasn’t stuffed crust and the stuffed crazy bread was super soggy I’m so upset usually they do so good!

The staff was more concerned with each other than the line of customers. They almost lost my ticket after I had to ask for a receipt in the first place waited 25 min for what was supposed to be hot and ready.. not to mention the prices went up considerably for everything including bread sticks 4.50 for crazy bread is crazy.. finally they gave free sauce to some people but not others…

My name is Tonyea. I came in to pick up an order from this restaurant on Sunday June 4th at 12:10pm. Brittany on the cash register was very rude. I asked her if my order was ready and she replied that the order would be in the heater if it was ready in a rude eye rolling manner. I don’t know her position but I don’t appreciate that sort of behavior from any place of business. Do your job! If she’s that annoyed by someone inquiring about an order she should find a new job. I’m sure the franchise owner would not approve of this behavior. If something like this happens again I will be reaching out to him or her. If someone wants to discuss this further I’d be happy to.

I just purchased a cheese pizza and cheesy bread at the store on State rd in Cuyahoga Falls. After eating most of the cheesy bread, we found a hair inside the last piece. I took it and showed the manager. Not one of the workers has a hair net on or gloves. I am beyond disappointed, especially due to the fact that this was not the first time something like this happened.
