I haven’t had little Caesars I about 10 years. I stopped getting it because it got pretty bad on the quality side of things. If you are like me and haven’t tried it in a lot of years; give it another shot. I was pleasantly surprised. It isn’t half bad and at a really good price. No complaints about the food, bit they could take a mop to the store floor and make it a little more sanitary looking. Good otherwise!

Walked in around 9.10 pm asking for cheese bread. The girl on the phone (personal ) call. After 2 minutes or so she told me they out of my order. I asked if they can make me one since they close at 10 pm! She said No. I asked for the manager who she hesitated first then she said OK as long as I can wait!!! Honestly, I was a fraud she spit on my order..I left.

Ordered from this store said it would be ready estimate of 30 minutes which is normal for rush hour I show up 30 minutes later and order wasn’t ready and a lobby full of people waiting no names were called after orders were finished I ordered online and my name wasn’t even on screen hour past after my order started and a employee finally showed up to ask about my order and it was ready the whole time then open the box and there was 7 and 1/16 of pizza slices couldn’t even cut the pizza right as someone that worked in a pizza shop before this was a extremely poor experience should be disappointed on there customer service and work ethic. Wouldn’t recommend ordering again.

Can’t go wrong with little ceasers. You either like it or you don’t. But for 5.99 you can’t complain I feel. It def taste better then a frozen pizza. I’m glad they brought the pretzel crust back for now. I’ve been getting two a week since they been back

Lock step gone
The order I picked up the night of 5-27 was absolutely awful. Bread sticks weren’t cooked and were literally smashed as if someone stopped on them. Pizza looked like it was cut by a toddler & had parts that weren’t even cut. It looked like whoever made it really hates their job

Pizza is fine customer service is horrible, the first time the young girl at the counter gave me a ridiculous attitude, I figured she was just having a bad day. Now I know, two more times going there since then and getting attitude each time, they just have bad quality workers. That person isn’t a good candidate for a customer service position.

My kids LOVE this place more than the other local pizza places so we frequent this location. Every now and then we get part of our order messed up and for awhile they had a certain female employee working nights who had a TERRIBLE attitude, but we haven’t seen her lately so maybe they finally smartened up and replaced her or moved her! The food is quite good here, but the crazy bread tends to be a little too greasy.

On this visit I was picking up a Door Dash order. The restaurant was very nice and clean and staff was very fast, efficient and friendly. My order was ready when I arrived which is not always surprising, but when it is 16 pizzas and the restaurant is still fully stocked with hot and ready to go pizza. I was like WHOA You guys are on the ball. Way to go team. Keep up the great work and please don’t ever change. God Bless
