Ordered a Ultimate Supreme a week ago Saturday by phone. Requested that a new pie be made, as it’s a phone order. Got there 15 minutes later and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Got home opened it and…It was an hours old pizza that was burnt. I called and they apologized but didn’t offer to refund. Before had always has pretty good service there. The following Monday, stopp in for a fast and ready pepperoni… Waited for 18 minutes for it and it looked like someone’s first attempt to make a pizza and failed. (Pic) Never be back, place now sucks.

I feel if a person orders online for a pickup for 5:00pm -5:05pm at the “Little Ceasars” website is to have a pizza ready on time! I put my order in at 2:34pm, it should be ready by 5:00pm EXACT not 5:15 or 5:30! Not only they were late in making my order, they told me they gave my pizza to someone else cause they didn’t have enough pizza’s made, how is that my problem? So they had to remake my order and I had to wait another 15 minutes for it but wait for this! It was UNDERCOOKED! I feel for the employees really at this facility is way way understaffed or not trained properly to handle this work load, “3 people” for rush hour? Who schedules only 3 people? A CHEAP SKATE OWNER? Plus all the “HOT and READY” warming ovens were empty? The whole point of “HOT AND READY” is to have quick and easy pizza’s to sell right a way with NO WAITING! Thanks for making me late to my appointment GUYS, the whole reason for having put in an order “EARLY” is to make sure it is ready “ON TIME”!!! YOU HAD 2 1/2 HOURS TO MAKE THIS!

Don’t eat little Caesars very often because our local one sucks but this one is great. New in the area, stopped twice and both times pizza was hot and fresh. There’s usually quite a wait in drive thru but it’s worth it. Customer service is great also.

Ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza and didn’t get the half cheese. Gave us full pepperoni pizza. The dough was not cooked thoroughly. The bread sticks was very greasy. Won’t eat here again. The lady at the drive thru was nice though.

Checked before I placed my order that they were open til 11pm. Placed a to go order at 8:30pm and went to pick it up. The whole time I waited for my order the people working were complaining about me placing a to go order that they already cleaned up. I could understand if I placed an order at 1030pm but they were gonna be open for 2 more hours still. Got home and my deep dish was doughy and cold. It wasn’t even the normal deep dish it was the lunch portion size. Same with my crazy bread cold and doughy.
