Pulled up dude was outside smoking followed him inside took my order nothing was ready so he said 10 mins, cool not in a hurry. Proceeds to make pizza no gloves no washing hands no facenet even though hes got a full beard and while making pizza coughs hard right overtop of it. Classy. Classy.

If you advertise a “Hot and Ready” pizza you shouldn’t have to wait 15+ minutes for the pizza. If it’s not “Ready” at least tell the customer that no pizza is ready and let them decide if they want to wait for it before you take their money

Went in to order some food for the family. The girl at the counter was super sweet, but the guy in the back was not so happy I ordered three pizzas that were supposed to be “hot and ready” to begin with. Cussing up a storm in front of my children too. Completely unexeptable & not a single “sorry” to my kids.
