Well, I ordered online and my notification said that my order was ready (it was quick and I was excited for this pizza!) But they couldn’t put my order in the portal so to speak to someone at the counter. I go in and tell them what my phone said and showed the manager… The manager….. THE MANAGER the email. I proceeded to give her an 8$ tip… She walked away without saying anything at all to me and apparently went and put my order in the portal. I stood there for about 15 minutes. I looked at my email again and I had received another email saying that my order WAS out in the portal and I was given a qr code to proceed with said portal. I was a bit confused but went over to it and scanned my code and wouldn’t you know, it opened up and I got my food. I want to know why she couldn’t tell me that my food was in there ….. I proceeded to ask them what the qualifications were for their jobs and might have suggested that the ONLY qualification was BREATHING. I WILL NEVER go to this little Caesars again. Absolutely ridiculous. This small group of human beings have proven to be extremely disappointing to me. I mean…. Impressive people!!! Great customer service….. NOT!!

What can you say it’s Little Ceasers. Gotta admit tho Eaton store is one of the better one’s. We placed two orders total of 8 pizzas we wanted made fresh. They had them done in less than 20 minutes. And they were really good.

I ordered on the app because it’s supposed to save time. Over 20 minutes after I ordered, at this point I’m in the parking lot waiting, they call me to say they are out of sausage. It’s then over 10 minutes to get another pizza and I still had to pay for it all. Terrible service for average food that’s not even a deal like it used to be.

I understand every place gets busy especially closer to the weekends however I am a door dash driver and it took 20 minutes after I got there to even get the order . Also I want to mention that I do understand it gets hot in there and it should be ok to wear shorts but not short shorts like these two younger ladies were wearing. One had blonde hair and the other i can’t exactly remember the color of hair. Most time places want shorts to be no shorter then your middle finger but these ladies shorts were shorter then that and not to mention how many times they said the F word while I was in there with my son. VERY unprofessional. I did mention that to the manager and she said she would take it up with them however I feel nothing will be done if she is letting them work with her dressed like that. I used to be a manager at a place and would never allow shorts that short or that language. I do have to mention that the workers I saw or spoke to were nice but I just wanted to bring this up.

Pizza sits there for how ever long it was cold they don’t even check what they are selling you and told me to bring it back . I can pick the whole pizza up without a single piece falling off ♀️.. like I’m at work this is ridiculous.. I shouldn’t have to pay more money for gas because they don’t know how to check pizzas won’t be going back

I will say it was 20 mins before they closed was very bummed when they wouldn’t make me a cheesy bread. Said because they were closing soon,but if your going to be open til a certain time I think you should make food up until that time,so was a little disappointed about that,but I had to end up getting crazy bread.

Pizza was good but my order was wrong. I received two pepperoni stuffed crust pizzas instead of one being cheese. They didn’t have the order ready because their screen wasn’t on. I tried calling to check on my order because it wasn’t updating. They didn’t answer. When I got there they had to start my order. It was 35 minutes past pick up time when it was done. One of my pizza was just sitting on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes while they tried to figure out what else they needed to make. They made several hot and ready pizza without trying to get anyone’s order ready. There were 4 of us waiting for online orders. They are very disorganized. One of the workers was just sitting on the storage rack on his phone leaving the other two to do everything.

Ordered online at 3:30 and said my pizza would be done at 3:58 I get there and they lady said I never ordered anything and she looked at the printer and found it and she was on her phone the whole time can’t see a order if you’re playing on you’re phone
