2 stars is for the old price and when there was sauce on the Detroit chain pizza. 1 star is for an online order, me showing up and waiting 15 minutes more, online ordering effectively pointless. 2nd experience here in a row that I wonder what is going on, like when a younger person immediately greets me with the statement that there will be a 20 minute wait, as if I’m getting the brush-off. Also, “probably a five minute wait” was substantially off the mark this time. And I know I wasn’t the only person in the lot just wondering what was going on.

Not only do I get the wrong pizza delivered… but the Italian cheese bread looks like it’s 2 days old… and when I try to call the store, there is just a recording saying “they are busy and please try back later.” Do better, please!

I tried calling to order first. Three times it went to message. Si I drove there and waited for my pizza. It was very hot inside, and the pizza was VERY undercooked. Had to finish it in the oven at home. Which is funny, because the location used to be a Papa Murphys Take and Bake.

Not bad. The pretzel pizza has way too much salt on the end, almost inedible unless you brush it off, but the flavor in general was really good. Staff was kind enough, can’t expect much there. Food was ready quickly.

I ordered food for my family and friends. We had a special order for my son with a dairy allergy. They figured I made a mistake and put cheese in the pizza. When they found out I made it special order without cheese they not only let me keep the extra cheese pizza but they made sure to clean and sterilize the tools and table first to ensure no dairy content made it into the pizza. Very kind, above and beyond customer service. Thank you.

Pizza was ok the service was awful. Was told when I came to drive thru that they were waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven. Then the young lady came back 5 minutes later and said the other employees put my pizza in the portal and she was not able to get my pizza without the code. She said I needed to go inside and get my pizza from the portal. I went around and put my code in at the portal and the 2 pizzas and crazy bread with marinara would not come out. Then the portal door tried to close with the pizza halfway out and came down on my hand. Then the same lady came over and said here I can get that for you and opened the backside door and got my pizza out and handed it over the counter. This after telling me she couldn’t get it out when I was at the window. Its important to note there were no other pizzas in the portal. I don’t understand why you pay people to aggrevate your customers. That was an awful experience and I’m not happy
