Don’t eat from this Little Caesar’s. Got my “Crazy Bread” and ya was pretty crazy alright. As it wasn’t cooked. Go back in and politely ask could I have some breadsticks that are cooked fully? She then proceeds to tell me that those breadsticks are cooked and I’m going to ask you to leave my store now. Told her sweetie, these breadsticks look nothing like the ones on the menu and you simply can’t make more? Tells me not to call her sweetie and no, I need to leave the store. Told her I wanted a refund then. Tells me welp you can call corporate we don’t do refunds. Ha. I just laughed. Said some words I def can’t post in the review and walked out the door.

Nothing to see here just raw dough by way of bread sticks. I’m not even sure how Little Caesars is still in business, I’ll take that back it has to be the $5 pizza. Let’s be honest there’s nothing exciting about the pizza itself aside from the price and we typically only order it for the kids. This particular location is known for being slow, I recall waiting over an hour for just one pizza, they had the doors locked they weren’t accepting walk-ins you could only come in if you placed an app order. You can tell that they are short staffed. So you can only imagine the customer experience.

Lol. Employees running outside to meet friends, employees making pizzas while texting and talking on the phone… what a complete mess. Waited almost an hour for our order and it was wrong! Guess you can’t expect much from a little caesars. Try noble Romans or papa Murphys next time. Even McDonald’s would’ve been better.

Our pizzas took an hour longer than quoted. But the pizza was delicious and the staff were nice. An employee shortage like so many places these days.

I haven’t had Little Ceasars in years, but after seeing a commercial for their Old World Pizza we decided to try it out. All the commercials and pictures show a shallow pan pizza with edge to edge toppings. We ordered it for delivery and when it showed up it was an under cooked original crust pizza. When I say under cooked, I’m saying dough. You couldn’t tell cheese from dough. A few weeks later we decided it another go. Everyone is entitled to an off night, right? We decided to order it for pick up. When we filled out our order online and selected pick-up the site said they weren’t doing online orders at the moment. We then called for pick up and the line just gave us a busy signal. After 3 attempted calls we gave up and ordered another company’s pizza. Tonight we decided to give it one last chance. I mean the old world pizza looked great, we wanted to love it! We ordered it for pick up so if we ran into any issues we could talk to them in the store. Sure enough, the pizza was the original with crust, no toppings edge to edge, and less doughy buy very under done. I brought this to their attention in the store, and they IMMEDIATELY came back with, “My General Manger makes the pizzas and they’re the General manager for all of Indiana. They make it to corporate standard.” I just looked back in disbelief as I couldn’t believe how rehearsed this sounded. I obviously have not been the first to complain about this. Not only that but it was delivered with an attitude of “tough sh$*”. Cheap pizza or not, the last straw wasn’t the pizza but the ridiculous attitude towards a customer for what was obviously not the same pizza and their rehearsed denial of wrong doing.

I miss the Old little Ceasar’s where you could depend on quality. I had my first online order delivery order was bad.. The food was cold and the pizza did not have enough souse so it as like eating a cardboard box. I called the company to complain and they do not answer there phones, so I called there national 1800 number to complain. After 45 minutes of being on hold, they finally told me they would submit the complaint and the manager would call me back. It been a week and I still have not recieved any resolution to my complaint. I spent over $35 to get cold pizza and poor service.

The worst customer service. Extremely rude cashier, everyone moved slower than molasses. Wouldn’t let us put bacon on an ICB which we have in little ceasers all over the country, which was fine but the attitude the woman gave us was ridiculous. Was told 10 minutes…waited 45 min. Never coming back to this location.

This photo shows a picture of a hot, delicious cheese pizza. If you visit this location you will wait more than a half hour. No one likes to wait unnecessarily, even if you are short staffed like most places in this city, you make due and push through and take care of business. While I appreciate wonderful tasting food, I also value my time. Hot and ready right?

The food was okay, however my problem is they didn’t answer the phone between 5-7pm on a Thursday. They seem to need more staff here at this location (probably need to up some pay) and probably a good deep clean all around or a renovation as it looks kinda run down. Not one this store specifically I believe but the option to order online has no way to pay chasm for a pickup order and that just made for a longer wait time. Give them employees a raise so they actually like their jobs and move with some pep in their steps.

Best Little Caesar’s experience ever! I’m not sure if the guy that attended me is the manager but he was very kind, professional and he was very attentive. He seemed to like his job and I witness him take the same care and consideration to the other customers as well. Not to mention, pizzas were fresh, ready and sooo good, best quality even for a Little Caesar’s. This will be my location now, even if its 30 min away. The guy was a tall white gentleman with glasses and a ponytail. So sweet, hope he is appreciated!
