This place is horrible they gave me an old pepperoni pizza that looked like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. I couldn’t even eat the pizza because it was so hard. I called them and told them the pizza they gave me was old and hard and the customer service was terrible. Never got my money back or a replacement pizza. Just save your time and go somewhere else

The employees are usually nice when I go, but they could really do better on the food. I’ve had little Caesar’s a lot in my life and I know it’s cheap/not the best quality but this location is especially bad. I’ve never been been given so little sauce, so glad I paid for almost nothing. That’s 2.5 ounces, including however much the plastic container weighs, so maybe an 1.5 oz of sauce? The girl said that’s how they all are. Looks like they forgot the butter on the crazy bread too

The kids enjoy the pizza and Stix combo. Comes with 4 slices of pizza and 8 bread sticks in a box. The sauce is a tad spicy for the toddlers. Cheap and easy meal for the family. We once got deep dish and it tasted like soap…like they didn’t rinse the dishes off. Thin crust pizzas at this location, we never had an issue with tho.

I tried to go here tonight. I waited 10 min with no one coming to the drive thru window. So I called thinking maybe they couldn’t see the long line of customers. The person answered and told me it was just him and then hung up on me. I wanted to meet this rude person so I stayed around for another 20 min with no one coming to the drive thru and I saw at least 2 people inside so he was lying about that. I will never come back.

I ordered a pepperoni thin crust with sausage and pineapple and jalapeño on half they forgot the pepperoni and told me it’s be 35 more minutes of waiting after I already did that before I’d get another didn’t offer a refund or anything

Just ordered from here, food hot, what you’d typically expect from Little Caesars, but when we pulled up, service was atrocious. McKenzie was either speaking with an employee or on her phone. I usually wouldn’t mind fun workplace banter but I don’t think the topic of conversation is appropriate in front of customers. I wanted to order a pizza, crazy bread and two sides of cheese sauce. She confirmed “extra most bestest and two cheeses” (but didn’t confirm the crazy bread) and told us to pull around, so I kinda figured it’d be wrong. When she came out to deliver, I received a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza – a miscommunication I’m sure. But when I apologized and told her that it wasn’t what I ordered, she seemed upset and brought back one cheese sauce and the crazy bread and told me it was the same price. It was not, I checked into it on my own time. But nonetheless I think the situation could have been handled better on her part and I wish I would have gotten what I paid for.
