Ordered a classic pepperoni and classic sausage. Received my receipt to see EMB (extra most best) on my receipt for the sausage. Bet…so I get my pizza and it’s this garbage (see pic). I was then told if I want extra sausage, it’s extra money but note, I already paid an extra dollar $7.79 instead of $6.79. The man argued with me that the classic sausage is now extra most best sausage without the extra sausage. Little Caesars is trash and the customer service here is trash too!! I went today at 8:40pm and Paulo was the cashier. I paid $15.89 for 2 pizzas (classic hot and ready). They are a rip off and needs to go out of business for scamming customers

My order was not right so I called to have it correct and they put the manager on the phone she was real rude and didn’t try to correct the problem . I asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me she said to “ Call Corporate “ so I asked for the number she said look it up on line then she hung up the phone so she thought but I could hear her talking in a foreign language. How hard is it to add sausage to zesty cheese bread she said she can’t but it can be added to the Italian bread which is the same price . It’s bad enough you can barely understand them over the phone then the manger I charge treats her customers that way it’s no telling what shirt cuts there taking and the quality of there treating people that way.

Ordered online and paid in advance for 2 year son birthday. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick order up and they claim someone got it. They refused to replace my order, reimburse me, give me their names, number to corporate, And had the audacity to call the police on me. Police arrived and they wouldn’t cooperate with them and they’re the one that called. This place is trash and deserving of no stars. I gave it 1 because it’s mandatory because I definitely tried to take it back.

Order was incorrect. After we stood around waiting for 45 minutes, we were just ready to go. Ordered bread sticks and was charged for wings instead. The cashier guy obviously did not want to be there and would not fix our order. Tried to argue that he was right . Why would we have bought and paid for cheese for chicken wings??? There were bags and bags of bread sticks ready behind him. He should have just given us the bag of bread sticks. Instead he argued that we ordered wings. We did not order wings. The food was just ok, but the bad customer service really left a bad taste. Usually I like Little Caesars but I don’t know about this one store.

Oh my, the pizza, cheesy bread sticks, and crazy bread was hot, and very delicious! This place does not skimp on ingredients, we actually have a Little Caesars pizza close to us, but there is a huge difference in the food, and so we drive 18 mile to Avon, vs 5 mile drive near us! The food here is worth our drive!

I only gave this location one star because I needed to leave this review. I use to love this location food was always fresh and customer service was great. I don’t know who they have in there now but he mumbles and you can’t understand him. He is extremely rude even when he is wrong . Don’t think I will be coming back

Employee tell me 30 mins before they close that i can only buy whats been sitting in the heater for who knows how long and only gives me 3 choices because they have already cleaned the store and wants to leave at close well guess what lazy people if your open til 9 that means i should be able to order whatever i want on the menu not what you dictate flat out ridiculous

Been here numerous time’s – hoping the service gets better. Last time I stopped in, I ordered the pretzel crust which was nothing but the regular crust with salt on it. This location also likes to take the phone off the hook so they do not have to take phone orders.
