Got a pizza and bread sticks. Said it would be 15 minutes. After 45 minutes and a bunch of angry people ahead of me I sat patient. But then to get home and the pizza was hard as a rock and not even cut is rough. If it’s going to be 30 or 40 minutes then tell the guests that. Only reason I go is because I have a kid that likes the crazy bread.

I went through the drive thru at 6:05 and made it through fairly quick but when I pulled up to the window I was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes in a parking spot. After sitting for 40 minutes and seeing both cars in front of me plus 4 cars behind me get their food, my boyfriend went in, only to be told “Hold On.” When he said excuse me to ask about the pizza. It was handed to him immediately because it had been sitting. I was surprised that the pizza was as good as it usually is. However, it wasn’t cut and was tough to do so.

On the way to the store, 30 minutes before close, I called the phone number 5 times in a row, until it went to vcm over and over. When I got to the store, I asked what the phone number was in case the phone number listed on Google was incorrect. The employee **didn’t know** the store number, and when I told them I was calling for 10 straight minutes (and then proceeded to dial the number in front of him, letting us both listen to the store ring, proving that nobody had answered MULTIPLE calls), I had to place my order in person and wait for an additional 20 minutes.

Bunch of young kids playing around. Waited 3 minutes to be attended and no apology for not seeing me. Store was empty and only two hot n’ readies were available. They gave me a pepperoni when I asked for it but it tastes like it had been “hot n’ ready” for god knows how long! The toppings tasted OK but the crust was hard and tough. Would have returned it for another one but didn’t feel like waiting a half hour. I was hungry. Pizza is fresher and service better at the ghetto Little Caesar’s on west 38th street! Those Mexican kids must have better work ethic!
