If I could give no stars I would. I went to little caesers a few times and everything was great, these last times have been a NIGHTMARE. I placed a mobile order and went to pick up my food. The lady at the register said they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. I figured I would get a refund but haven’t STILL. That was in July. I assumed it was just one little hiccup so we order again. Well this time I do the mobile order again and wait to pick it up because I had been out for hours. I go to pick it up and one of the employees are outside and asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes and he said well we cancelled all the orders but I’ll check if we have yours. Takes him 40 minutes to just find out my food was never made. Finally he comes out after the 40 minutes and said I would get a refund as they cancelled it all. Well it took me an entire month to even get a refund. I spoke to customer service who sent my info to the managers that never called. I had to go all the way up the chain just to get my refund. I will no longer support this business and it sucks because the pizza was good when it was actually made. They have closed many times without stopping the mobile orders and still accepting payment for things that they aren’t even making. It’s no wonder they are short staffed. They suck!

The gentleman that waited on me seemed like I was bothering him by being there to place an order. he was very short and not friendly at all and ignored me when I asked him the same question three different times. if you don’t want to wait on customers, I highly recommend you not take a position where you have to wait on customers!

This place is a total joke for a business! The employees suck and always say it will be a 30 to 45 min wait to get customers to leave instead of working harder for our money! Hot and ready shouldn’t even be advertised. More like slow and closed!! Pizza hut will start to take my money.

I recently started ordering online from the app and so far in less than a months time Ive had 4 orders cancelled with no notifications whatsoever. Just waiting for the pizza to be delivered and it never shows up. I check my account online and it shows cancelled with no explanation or notifications. No email, phone call, or text . By the time i figure it out its too late to order food elsewhere. I will no longet order food from here for this reason. Wasted my time and very frustrating and upsetting to wait on food thats never coming. 2 times it was within an hour of the store closing but more than a half hour. So I just figured they got lazy because it was close to quitting time and why not cancel when the customer doesn’t even have to be notified. Ive never had anything like this happen before on a food delivery order from any other pizza place or door dash but it’s happened 4 times in less than 30 days

Last night was a total joke. An hour and twenty minutes for two pizzas and bread. Employees yelling and cussing at eachother. One was crying as he threw a pizza on the floor and walked out. I was told it would be a thirty minute wait. After forty five minutes I was told my order might be in the oven. They really didn’t know for sure. How do you not know what’s in the oven?

This is directly to the owner. You should be ashamed of yourself!! It was literally 92 degrees in the lobby and the employees were all dying. I hope they close and go home as that’s EXACTLY what they should have done this morning! To have no air and ovens running is insane!!

We ordered a pizza, with sausage. After waiting for like 25 minutes we asked what’s taking so long? They say oh he forgot the sausage so he had to make you another one. So we sat there 40 minutes. Tried to pre order but that never worked either !!

I was waiting on my order. The woman who said she was the manager was making the pizzas with no gloves. Then waited on customers handled money made a phone call then made pizzas without washing her hands or wearing gloves!!!! That is against health regulations!
