I just tried to order a pizza online and it’s absolutely not user friendly. I couldn’t get the orders through for the life of me. The people that work there are great and it’s nothing against Little Caesars people that work there but it needs to be more user friendly. They give you an 899 deal and make it hard as hell to put the order through.

Computers are down alot, thay want you to order online. The service is pretty slow the people at the front counter seem to have difficulty understanding the English language, alot of hand signing is needed.

Asked for Jalapeno Cheese Bread (Zesty Cheese Bread) and no one knew what it was. I explained and thought they got it. When they finished making the bread, they put butter sauce over the bread. I told them the orange sauce and he kept picking up the yellow (butter) sauce. Language barrier and unfamiliar with menu. I used to go to this facility all of the time. I will not go back. Had to call another Little Caesars that was out of the way and verify they still sell Jalapeno Cheese Bread…they do! Just this store has no clue.

I can’t lie. I really had not messed with Lotke Caesar’s in years. I came last weekend for a wuick bite got wings and Italian cheese bread! Wings were actually good and the cheese bread was better than I remembered. The man making the order put a little extra butter topping on that bread, mmmmm Mm! And here I am 6 days later back for more. And I had to get some crazy bread this time for my mini me! I think I may be a regular!!

The pizza wasn’t done. I spent $40 on our food and only one food was fully cooked. It was close to closing time and also 20 minutes from my house so I was unable to speak to the management about the situation. I just throw all the pizza away.
