The only reason they get two stars is because I have them make the pizza fresh… And it’s done In 10-15 minutes… New owners. Rude they charged 3.00for cheese sauce that should come with the bread sticks. I rather got to pizza hut or Papa John’s. Better pizza and probably cheaper if you pick it up.. HONESTLY EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE EVERYWHERE..

This place has new owners that try to cut corners on the Customers behalf!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! I have receipts on both my box and my hands were it was given that my Chicken wings (which I have purchased previously) came with a Ranch. Which I will be posting pictures. This man REFUSED to provide me my one included sauce. That is obviously stated on 2 receipts that I should have. On addition to I recieved one free all the time previously. Not only did he not give me what I am due he had the nerve to come from behind the counter and go after my phone cause I took a picture of it all. If I didn’t have my fiance with me it would have been a bad situation as he was coming after a woman’s phone! Very unacceptable! I have called corporate, reached out to the FB page, I will continue till I get results! DO NOT GO HERE!

Literally an hour and half where my delivery order was cancelled. No one ever rung my doorbell or called me. I call the little Cesar’s phone and it hangs up on me. I have to get dressed and pick up my pizza and the guy says “we don’t pick up the phone when we’re busy.” I called 5 times over the span of 90 minutes and when I walked in it took 2 minutes before someone came to the front and there was one pets in the waiting area.

I thought they were supposed to have pizza’s fresh ready to go I went in there they had one type of pizza ready and nothing else .. I wouldn’t have enough in the box that they had for $10 special he said you would have to wait 15 minutes on that kind of defeats the purpose of Little Caesars Hot and ready policy

Went in at 9:45pm to order a few pizzas they close at 10 they said they were closed at 9:45 cause they didn’t want to take my order very rude very unprofessional and the person at the desk laughed when saying they close at 9:45 will not return to the one on Emerson and Thompson

Let me emphasize that the service was good, we even got cookies while we waited the only issue was the lady at the cash register went straight from the cash register to making my wings without gloves. Surely enough made me sh*t myself but good service. Oh we waited to the “hot and ready” like any normal pizza place. No worries I won’t be back, but but the service was good by the guy manager he was good .

Every Little Ceasars ive been to is trash! Used to be good but now they have nobody good as managers. Cant blame the employees if they’re being guided in yhe wrong direction. Every store has been ran to the ground. Managers trying fight costumers, always out of pizza and cant serve anyone the list goes on!
