My name is Brenda Whiteman Deann is my daughter. I made the trip to little Caesars at which time I sent in my husband to order the deep dish meat lovers when came back with the receipt it said veggie; after I returned to the store to let them know they had messed up I had to explain several times what I want because the lady spoke hardly no english. However, the cook still messed up my order!!. Instead of that they made me a veggie pizza!!!! We waited for about a half hour for it. Then another 35 minutes for them to get it right!!! I will never order from there again. The pizza was still doughy after they fixed the problem

Tried to order in person. They refused to take my order at 1 pm on a Friday. They said I would need to go home and order online. I said I w obviously just stand here and order it on my phone since I live 30 min away……. Then they were kind enough to try over charging me so I wouldn’t place an order. Ie 759 for 1 crazy bread. After 15 minutes of debate they cooked it in 5 min (for the real price) then I left…… dream team….

Service is terrible, always order online but that’s what they’ll say, they’re only doing online orders.this is the 2nd time I’ve waited so long just to receive burnt and un properly cut pizza. Don’t walk in to place an order they’ll say it’s an hour wait off top . Learned my lesson won’t be ordering here again.

Plus the guy that ringed me out worried more about a dating app than providing good service and hot fresh pizza and breadsticks. Such a disgrace Little caesars used to be great not this location

Placed an order for delivery through the app because I cannot drive due to a surgery that has me out for a month, store canceled my order AFTER my order said out for delivery. Received an email saying I’d receive 100% of my payment. I placed this order April 12. It is now May 2 and I don’t have my money OR an answer. Door dash said they processed the refund and the store is the one supposed to process it to me, I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store and every time I go in there “there’s no manager” NEVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered on line 4 hours before pick-up and my order was not ready at all. Matter of fact they never started it. Asked when I got there and was told it will be 30 min wait on all orders. This has happened to me numerous times at this location. Never have I had a problem with any other locations. This has been a running joke with this location. It’s sad. If it wasn’t for my kids loving the pizza and bread sticks. I wouldn’t even bother going here at all. But it’s the only one closest to my home. But after this experience I will not be going to this location again. I will get my orders from another pizza place. Once again it’s pretty sad that this happens all the time here
