I bought the deep dish cheese pizza today and it had hair baked into 2 piece. One piece it was baked into the dough and on the second piece it was melted in the cheese. I tried to call the store and someone picked the phone up then sat it down. I sat and waiting for a while but they never came back to the phone you only heard them speaking in Spanish to each other. I called back 3 times and it just gave a busy signal. I get to the store and let them know it was me calling to let them know there is hair in the pizza. The man replies with “well we are busy” (2 people were in there waiting for their order). I ask for a refund while he attempted to tell me he cut my pizza and doesn’t have long hair smh. I let him know he wasn’t making the pizza you can see a girl with long black hair making the pizza. He then trys to act like he isn’t understanding what I’m saying so I ask for a refund again and show him the long black stringy hair. After going back and forth with him for a few minutes he gives me a receipt and says I’ll see the refund in a few days. The cooperate number doesn’t work it is just hold music smh.

The employees didn’t now how to operate a promotion on my phone so they lied to me and said they don’t participate even the the advertisement said available at all locations so on top of them being dishonest about their goods and services they have zero customer service skills and refuse to offer any other promotions or deals

Was missing something on my order and had to call three times to explain what I was missing. Each time I called I was asked to wait a minute and I could hear people ordering and transactions. first time I was on the phone for 18 minutes the second time I was on the phone for 21 minutes and each time they would hang up on me! Had my husband go down there and pick up what we were missing. On third time calling and again explained what we we’re missing and asked to wait again, I can literally hear my husband talking to the guy and then the guy hangs up on me again! The guy and girl taking orders are absolutely rude! Last time ordering here!

I wish I was able to give this location less than. 1 star… Customer service is horrible unless your Hispanic of course… The first time I came here I waited 10-15 minutes for a pizza. I watch them make it, cut it how I asked boxed it up then handed it to someone who had just walked in. I was pissed!!!! Here it is the second time me coming here to grab my son something quick to eat and they tried to charge me over 11 dollars for a 6 dollar pizza because I asked for extra sauce now what kind of foolishness is that??? I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that since I wanted extra sauce they have to charge me extra for everything…if im going to pay 11 dollars I’m going to order Marco pizza not little Caesar’s pizza. Never again!

Ordered a Beef Pizza and they took about 40 minutes making the pizza. Another customer complained for me and then they gave me sweet bread and sauce, but the sweet bread was just garlic bread that they put cinnamon over. Nasty !!!! Ugh !!! The little trashy girls at the counter refused to give me Their names when I said I would tell Management but management just laughed in my face , nothing else. Horrible place !!!!!! They don’t care about the customer, the customer is the very reason for the job.

This is a good store in terms of little ceasers go. Its pretty cramped in there and it gets really busy so I strongly reccomend ordering online beforehand and picking it up with the portal. This location is naturally a little slower service than others because its so small and has such high demand but you can tell the employees work hard to keep the pizzas coming out as fast as they can. Plus this location has cheese dip.
