I only ordered Italian Cheesy Bread and crazy sauce and it was horrible, not fresh at all. Tasted like last night’s leftover. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front. Female staff was in the back talking amongst themselves while cursing in their conversations loud enough for customers to hear. The only bright light in my experience was the nice, fluffy, colored Lady that finally came out. She has a wonderful personality and was the only reason why I didn’t walk out. This place needs a complete overhaul. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again and I will encourage my client’s and colleagues to follow suit.

I cannot believe how lazy and care-free the workers are here. I placed an order at 7:00pm on a Thursday, checked online and never saw any progress… drove over at 7:40pm and still nothing. Walked in and there was zero names on the board and the lobby and outside parking lot was packed. Sat in my vehicle for 20mins and after hearing multiple people frustrated saying their order took well over an hour I decided to get in line to get a refund. They were processing so many refunds they had to get a manager to open the safe to get more cash. My online quote was ready at 7:30-7:40pm, at 8pm the order wasn’t even made yet.

Was picking up an uber order and the cashier who’s an old man got upset that I showed him the name on the phone to verify the order. Said that we uber drivers are rude and need to learn respect. Then threatened me while walking out the door.

I ordered four pizzas and dipping sauces for my children for dinner and the driver only brought me two. When I asked him to please get the rest of my order he cancelled it and refused to bring my food. Then I call the restaurant multiple times to get a refund and they kept hanging up on me. Then finally the last time I called I spoke to a manager and he said he would give me a refund and lied to me and never did. They just kept my $40 and never got my food. Horrible customer service

Absolutely horrid customer service. Incredibly rude. Won’t take orders when they’re not feeling like it, just make you wait fifteen minutes in line to then tell you they’re only doing order ahead, when the place is meant to have hot and ready pizza what a joke of an establishment.

Wowwww, staff was in back carrying on like they were at a night club or a backyard bar b que. Foul language, etc. What is going on here?? Does this place have a manager on duty or is the manager part of the problem?? I walked out so I really can’t say anything about the food. I took my business to Capri Pizza on Calumet and was pleasantly surprised. That’s it for me, I will past this Madhouse forever, moving forward.

We ordered through the app, picked it up, and it originally was cut right just not all the way through. Went back in to get it recut and this is what we get served back to us. Shouldn’t have to bring our own pizza cutter to go after the pizza makers. This is very sad.

Sooo horrible!!! They had 50 minutes to make a pizza and they still wanted me to wait an additional 25 min. Almost seemed like the manager, as she described herself, did not get want to work. Every person in front of me she would say ” it will be 25 minutes do you want to cancel?”

this place needs to be shut down, ASAP. the last 3 times i have been, i have waited 2 hours for a bag of bread, received the wrong order, gotten sick, and not given any of my sauces. there is constantly only one employee, and then thousands of orders to be fulfilled. horrible place, please close it or find new management.
