Always slammed and always understaffed. Hire people and pay them. You’re clearly making the money. Thursday night, ordered over an hour early to be ready at 730 pick up. Over 30 minutes late. I ran scratch pizza kitchens for a living. No excuse. Hire and take care of your staff. Next time I’m going to another location.

The food is always good, but the wait today was ridiculous. I ordered my food at 7:04 with a pickup time of 7:33-7:38p. I just had to ask for a refund because my order was STILL not ready. They don’t tell you they have 2 people working the entire store, and that waits will be a ridiculous amount of time. They are money hungry to keep taking orders, knowing they are an hour+ behind on orders. HOT & READY my ass You all should be ashamed of yourselves tonight. Multiple people asked for refunds after waiting over an hour for a simple $6.99 pizza.

On 8/9/23, I placed an online order at 8:12p. Received a confirmation stating that the Estimated Pick-up Time is 8:29p-8:34p. After not receiving any other messages that order was ready, I called the store @ 8:45p, and it rings to an answering service that takes orders. I explained to the lady that I don’t want to place an order, but I was checking the status of my existing order. She said that I would just need to go the the store. I told her I didn’t want to go and it’s not ready, that was the purpose of ordering online. Needless to say, I never received any notification stating that my order was ready. When I next looked, they closed at 10p. I will never eat here again. Avoid this place at all cost. Some of the staff there are unprofessional and it’s no sense of urgency or efficiency there. Everything is in slow motion.

Ordered a 6 dollar half pizza with breadsticks. Was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The seasoning was good and nothing was undercooked. I got mine in less than 10 minutes. The cashier was so kind and friendly. I usually never have problems with this location when it comes to going to this place. Sometimes they are busy and get certain things wrong but overall good place to eat at.

Was there on 6/16/23.. Placed on online order at around 8:40pm Was told my pickup would be between 9:04 and 9:09 pm. I was there on time. I had a parking space where I could watch the automated pick up station and my name never came up for more than a half hour. at 9:45, I see them lock up the store and I go bang on the window, they tell me they are closing. I inquire about the pizza I’m waiting on. they let me in and check my name. They guy says it been ready for a half hour. I asked why it wasn’t put in the pick up station and the guy shrugs. He goes in back and I see him pull a pizza box from someplace out of sight and slap a sticker on it and bring it up to me. I don’t trust him so I open the box to look at the pizza. It’s the most burnt pizza I’ve ever seen, not just dried out from sitting, but nothing but brown/black . I tell him that this pizza is unacceptable and he tells me a new one will take 20 minutes to make. I demand a refund. Truly awful experience. Sad thing is… only about a year or two ago, I considered this the best Little Ceasars I had ever been to with awesome service. For the past 6 months, every experience there seems to keep getting worse.

I have had multiple negative experiences with the service at this location. The latest being…I placed an order at 720pm online. It said it would be ready at 8:03….I never got an alert so at 815 headed up there just to be left in a lobby full of people and no one ever came to greet or help anyone at the front register. I finally yelled “is someone working” 10 minutes later…all for The worker to have an attitude and I just had to get a refund and go to the competitor. Multiple guests in there said they had been waiting for over an hour. Some else said they had been waiting since 6 and keep in mind it was 830 at that point. They do not care about customer service at all.

Worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been too and Little Caesars is our favorite pizza place. We ordered a single pepperoni pizza and are still waiting 21 minutes later and counting. No sign of a single pepperoni pizza being ready anytime soon.

I ordered my pizza online at around 5:35pm.I was told it will be ready at 6:22-6:27p. I didn’t get my pizza until closer to 7pm. The only thing I ordered was a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. What happened to hot and ready pizza.

Always crowded, even if you order ahead there is a long wait. If you want to order when you get there, you can look at at least 35 minute wait, usually 45min. They do the best they can with the high volume of orders.
