I used the app to order but they gave my pizza to another customer while I was at the grocery store next door. Luckily for them I was 10 minutes late so they had another one ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Store seems very disorganized. Not sure if its a people problem or a process problem.

They were crazy busy when we went. I haven’t had little Caesars in years. Despite the busy atmosphere they were able to get us in and out in a timely manner. The cashier was patient with me while I asked 100 question during their rush hour.

I ordered 6 pizzas for a sleepover at 8:27pm, they sent me a confirmation saying they would be ready at 9:09pm. I get to the restaurant for them to not even had started my order. Now mind you, they close at 10:00! They rushed and tried to gather my order only for it to be wrong and the stuffed crust was undercooked. Staff had horrible attitudes which I didn’t understand because they were at fault for this … Then proceed to deny me a refund… Not today!

They goofed up two orders exactly the same way on two separate occasions. The second time when I asked for a partial refund, the manager didn’t even know how to work the computer to make it happen. And the slices on the pizzas we did buy were not cut evenly at all. I’m not going to buy from them again.

I tried the online order and I was so disappointed. I never got my notification that my order was ready and when I got to the store my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. They didn’t even say sorry. They just lost a costumer and I am going to tell everyone I know, not to go there.
