I went here a few days ago it was about 8:10pm. I tried to order a sausage pizza and a pretzel pizza. I was told they only sell what’s in the warmers after 8pm they don’t take “custom” orders. I went back today and made the same order only the pretzel crust pizza was made on a regular crust and sprinkled with salt. The other pizza was made correct. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone. First pic is the regular crust the second is supposed to be pretzel crust but looks and tastes exactly like the regular crust!

If I could it would be a 0 ordered food thru the website when it arrived the driver stated we didnt get our wings even after they read the order to the manager.. the pizza was so so had better.. when I called the store to report my missing food the manager with an attitude says they are in my portal waiting to be delivered… Needless to say won’t recommend this place or will I go back!!! Check attitudes at the door!!!

I waited over an hour to get my food I saw several people coming ordering after me getting their food before me the gray haired shorter fella with plugs in his ears claim to be the manager and was all over the place you could tell his employees do not respect him and were horsing around I saw the gray-haired plugs in ears manager shorter fellow eating pizza up front in front of customers as well as a shorter long black hair with glasses employee I had ordered wings well way before people who were ordering wings before me and the gray haired short manager claimed that they had forgotten my wings about a half an hour ago and my pizza was cold I threw my pizza in the trash when I got home because it was cold my wings did not have any sauce they were all dry I had thrown the wings away as well the manager gave us two extra pizzas which were cold that had been sitting on the rack from a previous order he had given us somebody else’s food compensating for our elongated wait he said that he just pulled these off the rack they were someone else’s order not to worry about it I had wasted my money over an hour at Little Caesars and ended up going to another pizza place I should have asked for my money back but by the time I got home I was too tired and didn’t want to waste gas to go back I will never be eating at this Huntington Little Caesars again I will be spreading the news to my fellow neighbors in town how they do business there

My girlfriend just ordered pizza from here through door dash an it was barely cooked mostly dough, even the bread sticks are under cooked, we tried calling the store but the employees refuse to awnser the phone, highly don’t recommend unless you wanna have to cook your own pizza

I ordered my pizza online and waited the time they told me to pick it up on app. When I arrived they couldn’t find my order and told me I never paid when they were able to locate my order. I even had a confirmation number and digital receipt. Then I was told that I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes before my pizza was even completed. Of course I was slightly frustrated but I kept my cool. After 5 minutes they handed me a pizza and tried to send me on my way. It was definitely not the pizza I ordered!!! This happened 3 more times until they actually got it correct. Would not recommend going there unless you want a few gray hairs or you’re a glutton for punishment

Wow what an amazing turnaround from just a short period of time ago. The staff was super on top of all of the orders that were there while I was there. I got in and out and a very reasonable time and they even had to make one of my pizzas. Really have I done themselves glad for the great change. Thanks sincerely the Town of Huntington
