I ran this restaurant about 14-15 years ago. I worked 60 hours a week with 2 other managers, and being 19 years old at the time and we were CONSTANTLY busy. Every day. Little caesars ruined their company by trying to make everything hot and ready. The company has gone downhill. It’s not good. But, it’s cheap food so you get what you get.

People were on their AirPods and I had to wait a bit to have my order taken.. no one greeted me. I was passed off to someone else. Phone continued to keep ringing and no one answered. They were touching their ears and phones and then touching the pizzas with out gloves on and it was unsanitary. I use to work in the food industry. GLOVES. GLOVES. GLOVES.

every time I try to call it ring for 5 minutes then they hang up on me. then they barely get my order right they have to redo the whole order then the Italian cheese bread the last time I got it it was disgusting it hade no taste like it usually did and it looked and tasted like it wasn’t even cooked. Just go across the street and go to Pizza Hut instead it’s much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please stay away from this location. There is a “manager” named Bailly who is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I’m not even sure if they actually are a manager or just a liar. First, we ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks. Simply order, nothing complicated. The person taking the order was o. Their cell phone talking while taking our order. There was only 1 person in the place at this time. After our order two other people had come in, placed an order and left immediate after with their pizza. Our wait was 10-15 mins. I figured they just needed to make a fresh cheese pizza so while it get forced, I was okay with that. We got home, clear across town and after opening the box realized she gave us a pepperoni pizza. I would normally let this go but we don’t eat pork. It’s not just take off the pepperoni and be okay with it. I shouldn’t have to. I called and whoever answered let them know we didn’t receive the correct order. We ordered a cheese pizza and were the people in there for awhile. She said I could come back in, I said I couldn’t I have to get things done before a surgery. She didn’t offer pick up another time or a simply, I’m sorry. She said then raised her voice with an attitude and said, “well I don’t know what to tell you.” I said, “excuse me?” I would now like to speak with a manager, she told me she was one. I told her she was very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate her raising her voice then she started yelling, “we were busy!” They we’re NOT busy. If she wouldn’t have been on her cell phone the whole time and paid attention to the order it would have been correct and not to lie and say they were busy as they were not. She started yelling at me and I said I don’t know who she thinks she is but she’s a terrible manager. I will NEVER return here. I will be speaking with the owner. She needs an attitude adjustment and a crash course on customer service or possibly to stay in the back.
