First time at this location. Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, requested Parmesan crust. Paid $8.89. Seemed pricey, looked at menu classic pepperoni $6.69. Questioned the cashier about the difference. He said he failed to mention the fee for Parmesan crust. No problem things happen. However, of all the little caesars I’ve been to none have ever charged extra for this, especially a third of what it cost to make the pizza. Absolutely absurd, won’t be back. Oh not to mention there’s nothing on the receipt that stipulates this.

I wanted a pretzel crust pizza. We wanted to make sure they had it so we called. Like usual, nobody answered the phone We used the app and ordered a pretzel crust pizza and another pizza. When we got there, we was told that the pretzel crust pizza was not available and the card would be refunded in 7-10 business days. So my boyfriend waited for his pizza for a good 20 minutes. Then they finally told him that his pizza had been voided out as well!! There Was at least 5 employees in the back, and they wasn’t busy!!! This could all been avoided if they answered there phone!!!

They acted like they didn’t take my order even though my credit card statement says otherwise. (I paid in store and the cashier who stepped in for a younger kid 20 minutes prior completely act oblivious that she took my order.) Other customers had been waiting for their orders for over 2 hours and had multiple times they got the wrong order.. they really need to get their employees trained.

I feel sorry for the people that have to work at this location. I’ve found paper in my pizza (assuming someone didn’t remove the paper backing from the cheese?) which was rather alarming and of course made me not want to eat it. The store is always dirty. And for heaven sakes would y’all please keep your private conversations private. Holy moly the amount of TMI you’re exposed to at this store.

They gave me overdone pizza. Called in for replacement food and the manager started arguing with me over how my pizza is sub par. My sausage pizza had very little sausage on the pizza and the pepperoni was over cooked. They also shorted me one of my sauce cups. Guess from now on I will go to the E. State location for better quality and service.
