Went through drive thru. Young man who took our order I could tell English wasn’t his language of origin but he paid close attention and answer politely and correctly in spite of the challenge! A+++! Deserves recognition and a raise. Wonderful job young man, Harold and John Randolph.

Little Caesars has never been nothing special but the new owners of this place are going to run it down to the ground. Terrible customer service, to busy talking to each other About their Hakki sack tournament. I ordered two pizzas. I guess there is a sausage shortage in the US now because there was barely any toppings on my pizza.

Not sure if they have new owners but this location is terrible now. The pizzas were nasty, and cold. When trying to call the guy who answered didn’t speak English and refused to put someone on the phone who could speak English, that should have been my sign not to order from there, but I did I got online and placed an order and now I am regretting it, I will not be going back to this location.

They refuse to answer the phone for pick up orders. I have been calling at different times thinking they must be busy. NO..they just don’t answer the phone. This is the 3rd day I’ve called to put in an order for pick up and nothing. I’m an extremely patient person but this is just silly. I’ll just go in and order and see how that works out.

I had a horrible experience tonight. At first I tried to call, and their phones were off. So I to order through the drive through. I waited 35 minutes for them to tell me the order got “skipped.” Then I told the cashier I just want a refund. He then began to argue and say “just 5 more minutes. And we’re waiting on the other pizza.” I now have been waiting another 10 minutes and still have yet to receive my pizzas. I will not be coming back.
