However they have decided to only offer pretzel pizzas via ordering online and not accepting any cash payments at the store for a pickup order placed online. I stopped by to pick up a hot and ready pizza. The pizza was hot. I wasn’t happy with the amount of sauce on the pizza, it was way too much. Did they change the pepperoni?? It was soo spicy! If i want something spicy i will order it that way. I couldn’t eat more than a slice. The breadsticks are still good, but now they give you cold cheese for dipping!? Who wants cold cheese sauce? Not me! Why don’t they serve it warm anymore??

My order was not satisfactory so I took it back and the manager thought that it was ok and was very rude and didn’t want to replace my order , but she finally did but wasn’t happy about it , like what is wrong with people these days , is the customer not right anymore and it’s up to rude people to determine if what we paid for satisfactory to us instead of just being nice to customers who are just wanting to feed the grandkids something that’s not almost burnt and cold , then she walked away not even concerned about our experience and how we felt as customers, anyway I won’t go back to a place that thinks they above the customers well management anyway, the girl at the counter was very nice and understood and didn’t have a problem replacing my order so that it actually was HOT N FRESH like they say .. it’s not like I wanted my money back almost 17 dollars for a chs and pepperoni pizza which I could have paid that price at any other place in town and got better quality food, the kids picked the place , anyway just my opinion (rant) Goodluck little Caesars with management like her working with customers,
