Since they store has been under different management it has went downhill. I have waited past the time on the app by 30 minutes on more than one occasion since the new management. The people in the store have no since of urgency and are very unorganized. When asked how long it is going to be they complain about their computer system. The food is still good at a good price, but you will be waiting an hour to get it.

They really need to either hire more people or change their hours because as if writing this, 6 people (including myself) are waiting to order, and one person who ordered online has to wait because they forgot half of the food that was on the receipt. We have been waiting for service for about 30 minutes if not more for the people who were in the store before me. Go to a different location for real.

The food was good and fresh. The help was not. Lady walked away from me when I went to the counter, and proceeded to shoot the breeze with someone in the kitchen, knowing I was at the counter. Customer service is going downhill everywhere anymore.

Wow this old lady that took my order needs a hearing aid because I said two pizzas and she heard one. Service is good it depends on who is working the front. Yes a little upset that I had to pay twice. But I think Oliva need to listen to customer more.

This location consistently refuses to make the deep dish pizzas or cheese bread when you order at the store. “We’re not doing those today.” Not “we don’t have the ingredients” or anything like that. Just pure laziness. But if you order it online they make it.

9th Street has serious organization issues. I ordered a pizza through the, it’s supposed to be so easy pizza portal, and they lost the receipt with my order on it. So my order was never made. An hour and 20 minutes after ordering my pizza I still didn’t have one. This store really never has their stuff together.

It was disappointing. Most of the time it’s pretty bussin’. But today was different, the pizza wasn’t hot, it was lukewarm at best. And it tasted like it’s a day old. Like they found it in the back of the fridge while they were opening. Shrugged their shoulders and was like”whatever” and then sent it out. It then sat there until I got there for it to disappoint me. This specific pizza makes me want to kill myself.
