Did a walk in hot-n-ready cheese pizza and it had no sauce. It wasn’t even a miscommunication error during ordering. It was just what they had ready to grab in the hot box. I don’t know how to add the photo. But it was decent cheese bread lol

In the last couple of years going here, never have I been able to walk in and walk out right away with a pizza. Their Hot n Ready pizzas are NEVER ready. Over the weekend I stopped in at around 7pm and just wanted a couple pretzel crust pizzas. I was told there were none ready and I had to wait 15 minutes. While waiting I noticed the excess of employees in this store. There had to have been 8-10 people working in there. There was only one customer ahead of me who left just as I walked in, and only one other within the 15 minutes I waited. I really don’t understand how they consistently fail to keep Hot n Ready “HOT AND READY”.

I ordered a pretzel cheese pizza along with a stuffed crust pizza from Richmond Little Ceasars and I live only 10 mins away. After my husband gets off work he goes to pick this up get home and the Pretzel pizza is extremely hard, the cheese is way overcooked. I call them and they say “that sucks” sorry to hear that per the manager Named Eean i know im spelling this right…I was upset

The pizza this time was not good. It seemed like frozen crust with just a sprinkling of cheese. Never again. The quality is so inconsistent. Not worth the money. Should have bought frozen!

I mean, its Little Caesars pizza, but the customer service I got last evening was GREAT!! I stopped there just after 7pm, and the guy at the counter that helped me was very nice. No attitude and he wasn’t pushy by trying to sell me extra atuff. They had a fresh pie coming rite out and the bread was ready. Everything was hot and ready!!! The politeness of the employee I delt with would be the main reason I would recomend this store, if your in or from the area. The food was good, no complaints, better than your average LCP!!

We haven’t had a bad thing to say about this place. They are on top of the pizza Gabe for the area and are always ready. This place usually gets you in and out without issues. You’re always greeted and your order is taken swiftly. They are trying hard everytime to make sure your happy and wanting to come back. I would highly recommend this location. We like to get Butter Cheese all over the pizza and they do that very well. The pop selection is low sometimes but never had them be out. I would say your going to enjoy your visit here.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Fast service. The twix brownie was excellent. Definitely have to get another one. The guy who took my order was nice and friendly. Definitely a plus. Will definitely grab a pizza from here again if ever out this way. Hopefully I receive the same experience.
