Pizza was literally raw. Asked for another and got this. No sorry nothing just another under cooked pizza. The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. I’m not sure how some places even stay operating. No one to actually talk with for accountability. Throw your money out the window and go to Taco Bell down the street or my e try the location at Coolidge and 10 mile. Literally avoid this place.

This is legitimately the worst Little Ceasar’s I’ve ever been to. For some reason it is Drive Thru ONLY at all hours of the day. Don’t bother putting in a Pizza Portal order, they don’t even use the online ordering system, you literally have to wait in a 20 minute line at the drive through just to order a “Hot n Ready.” Oh and once you’re in the drive thru you are STUCK as it wraps around the back of the building. Almost forgot to mention that one half of my pizza that I finally got after a 30 minute wait was completely undercooked. The owner of this franchise location should be thrown in jail for impersonating a true Little Ceasars

I normally go to the Little Caesars by my house in Oak Park off Coolidge, but the pizza is never appetizing and they barely put topping on. Went here and my Ultimate Supreme pizza was $7 cheaper than my local one on the app? How? And it was delicious.

Received 2 RAW pizzas today. Placed an online order via online tracking I can see it was cooked for 5 minutes. Went into the store to complain that my pizza was raw dough and was told another would be made for me in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I received a second raw pizza. Will not return to this location. No manager to speak with. No way to get a refund for the online order.

Tried to order on my lunch break. Ordered online for in-store pickup. I got there and their lobby was closed. No one acknowledged me for many minutes or bothered to pick up the phone to help me. Then they rudely pointed that I needed to go through the drive thru ON FOOT with 10 cars already in line. Wasted my lunch break and never even got my pizza. Will not be coming again.

This location now has an answering service to place an order for pick up. I do not order online because I get cheese pizza with light sauce. They wanted to charge an extra $2 for LESS sauce. Also, learn to cut your slices EVENLY!!

Pizza was good, but it was not in the pizza portal when I went to pick it up. They never seem to use the pizza portal, so I have to wait in line every time. Not sure if it is broken, or the employees just do not understand how to use it.
