WAIT IS TOO LONG and they STILL SCREW your order up. I’m sitting in the parking lot now after waiting 1 hour plus. I ordered 4 pizzas a specific way… because you can’t specialize online and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Get my pizzas and the girl just hands me 3 pizzas for my $50+ dollar order. I asked where was my other pizza. She tells me they didn’t make it. The other person checks my receipt and hands me my 4th pizza about 5-10 mins later. If you’re short staffed, hire some competent staff (managers) who are attentive, and polite to your customers! Also where are the vegetables on my pizzas? I got a veggie and 2 Supreme, ALL WITH HARDLY NO VEGETABLES! Cut more or DO WHAT’S NECESSARY to give people the amount of food the expect and DESERVE for their money!!! Also where is the butter and Parmesan that I ordered that you charge $2.50 for now and it used too be free? Terrible!!!

This company has gone so far down the toilet it’s almost concerning. This specific location is the worst!! As I’m typing this I’m sitting on the phone waiting for someone to actually pick it up. Whoever is at work today hates that the phone keeps ringing when there is a call on hold, so they just click over and sit the phone down. It is always only one person at this location and they always have an attitude. To add salt to the wound, my order was just cancelled and I still have not spoken to anyone lol. Please shut this location down for everyone’s well being.

This Little Caesars is the worst next to the one on. Grand River and Greenfield. Every time you go in, you have to wait on things that should be up and ready as simple as Crazy bread Or even a hot and ready. The staff has attitudes. They always look High. Always tell The customers that the system is down, so they don’t have to take orders. But we’ll go online and make the orders or place the order and pick up the food just fine. This location is extremely ghetto. I placed an order with a separate call company because the employees pick up and put you on hold and never pick up. Arrived ten minutes after i placed the order (call center said it would be a 15 minute wait) the employees cashed my husband out and told him it would be an hour wait. My husband asked for a refund because of how long the wait would be but they refused. He was disrespected by the employees and they refused to give him a refund or make the order. He told them to just keep the money. They told him they “blew up his phone to pick up the order 45 minutes ago” when he had just placed it? Lol they also said they put the order back and can’t give it to him. This location is ghetto and every employee here is a fraud and is extremely rude.

At first the group was looking forward to the recent relaunch of the pretzel crust pizza…if you can screw up a pizza this place provided just that. Didn’t even look like pretzel crust pizza and more like a pizza that was ran over with a car. I will not let this one location deter me from getting LC pizza again. As a doordasher, I have never successfully picked up an order from this location. It does not matter what time the food is meant to be ready, this location will always tack an additional 30 minutes or more onto the wait time. I have no idea how this resturaunt is still in buisness, as it’s the least efficient establishment I’ve ever visited. You deserve better than this kind of place, order from Jets, or any other pizza spot that hires competent employees.
