The guy at the register was rough around the edges to be nice. My pizza was overcooked and the pepperonis were basically on the edge of the pizza. The crazy bread was perfect….that’s why the three stars.

Don’t rely on Google or anything they have posted for hours. Don’t make the mistake I did – actually call and speak to someone to make sure they are open. 5 times I’ve been up there and it’s been closed when it was supposed to be open. Everything is usually made really well and consistently, it’s the cutting and whoever puts it in the box that screws it up – particularly when it comes to the deep dish pizzas. The box is almost always closed down into the pizza itself, and it very much ruins the deliciousness that should be the crust.

At 3:00 pm I placed an order online to be picked at 7:45 pm. I went to pick up my order around 7:50 there were about 15 people waiting inside and checked on if my order was not ready. There were only 2 people working inside and no one was talking to the customers. I left home after I got informed that my order will take time to be ready. After one hour I went back and picked my order which consisted of 2 pizzas nothing special.

If you stand in a certain part of the lobby you will be disgusted that the person making the pizza isn’t wearing gloves, answers the phone and doesn’t sanitize her hands but instead wipe them on her pants then continue to press down on the dough and place your pepperoni with no gloves on. I appreciate the young lady at the register that runs back and forth and is super polite and apologetic for the wait. While Ms Nasty (who is lead or manager) that makes the pizza boss her around and make grumbling sounds as customers come in.

Good thing that I decided to pay with cash because when I went in another customer said that they are taking too long because they are making the food with they hand meaning that they ain’t wearing no gloves. Service was horrible on February 4th, 2023 at 2:15pm. No one answered the phone and when I arrived at the store music was playing in the back. So I don’t know if they could even hear the phone. My pizza was undercooked and my crazy bread was dry. I came back for a replacement because they wouldn’t answer the phone and my replacement order was horrible. Also I asked for a pizza sauce and the lady at the counter told me they were out of sauce cups. How was that even possible at 2:15pm. I called back for a refund and like before no one answered the phone. So disappointed ☹️.

Food is usually good, service is just horrible. People up front are always dry and emotionless, always claiming it’ll take 30 minutes and up for hot and readys, when theyre not busy at all. they always turn off their phones and online ordering system so we have no choice but to either wait the 30+ minutes or go find another little caesars. The franchisee or corporate need to pay this location a visit and figure out what is going on.
