For a little creasers this one is pretty bad. Since I order sausage pizza they have to make it fresh when I come in, but somehow it comes out over cooked and tasting like its sat in the warmer for hours. Crazy bread taste like they’ve never heard of parmesan or butter. When I go to other little caesers (like in Grand Haven) it comes out delicious, moist, and flavorful.

Portal pickup is great. Online order, run in and by pass the line and get your food. Deep dish is tasty. Pretzel pizza good. Crazy bread has sucked for the last 4 weeks. Dry and hard. Hope they get it fixed.

Decided to give them another chance after waiting for longer than necessary at our last visit. Order through the app, and my order has not been pushed back to a full hour for one pizza and a crazy bread. Will be waiting on hold to the 800# for a refund. Last visit I requested the manager (when he finally showed up) throw half their product away as their staff left items sitting out of the hot box for the entirety of my 30 minute wait inside, store used to be great, they’ve raised prices and quality and service no longer exist.

The food was hot and fresh. The service not so much. After being told my order wold take 15 minutes it took an additional 20 minutes because the cooks had not put all the items in when I returned. No apology. No thank you for your wait nothing. Poor service indeed!!!!

I would say this is one of the better Little Caesars franchises I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly and definitely seem to be very busy. I’ve yet to have had pizza or breadsticks that weren’t good. If they have it on the menu do yourself a favor and order the stuffed cheesey bread. It’s exactly like a huge Bosco stick and yes the crazy sauce or any other dippers that catch your fancy. I order alot online and pick it up via the portal on the few occasions I’ve forgotten to order they’ve been quick to get my order finished.
