Ordered the new Pretzel Crust Pizza last week and was not disappointed. This location can be hit or miss honestly. Much better then the last time I came in about a month prior. Still like this location better then some others nearby as it is usually a quick in and out. Calling ahead is better for this location if it is dinner time.

Busy night, online order was not ready when promised, then got the email saying it was ready but couldn’t be put in the portal and to talk to someone behind the counter. I waited 4 minutes to talk to someone behind there because a receipt printer not working. When I got to ask for my pizzas, the cashier said my pizzas were in the portal. 50 minutes from the time I ordered.

Want to thank the team that worked at the Livonia middlebelt location today. Was a huge rain storm and most of redford and Livonia was out of power. They were open and had to take on majority of the business in a 1-3 minke radius ( all directions ). Was chaotic, but they all remain professional, worked together, had some humor and took care of everyone the best they could. Kudos to that team. You all did amazing. 10 Stars for the Rockstarz!!!! Great Job!!!!

12 bucks for a Slice and Stix pie with the Stix seasoning on the slice side. Was told that’s a 2 dollar up charge to add it. Really? To half a pizza? It was already on the Stix! While waiting for my order, heard the manager yelling for the girl working up front(she went to the bathroom) to get the customer at the counter. When the young lady came up front she stopped to wash her hands and the manager yelled at her again. The manager could have just helped the ONE customer instead of raising her voice to yell at this young lady. Talk about an unprofessional way to handle a situation!!! When I did get my pizza I checked it at the counter and sure enough there wasn’t the seasoning that I was charged 2 bucks for! Very, very dissatisfied!!!

That’s how they serve and treat costumers with burned out pizzas! I understand is a 5$ pizza but still……( you get what you pay for) never again! Too bad for them lossing good costumers cause my daughter loves pizza and we order at least 3 times a week!

The staff was absolutely amazing however the manager “Mike” was horrible. As I stood with 5 other customers we listened to him yell and belittle the 9ther employees. No clear direction was given just constant nagging! I was sick of hearing it. I can imagine how the employees felt.
