Watched them drop a pizza cutter. Take it over to the prep table spray it with a cleaner and then Proceed to cut all of my food with it. Regardless of if it’s isopropyl or a actual cleaning detergent that’s not proper health standards and I just tossed my food in the garbage after receiving it will not be returning.

Usually pretty good at keeping up their usual. Sadly as of recently it seems like they are slacking not only on customer service & quality service, they have cut the previous two pizza I got poorly; one very small piece-a large slice that should clearly be two, and to top it all off it seems like the newer younger staff just don’t care and they look at you as if in physical pain and will yell in response to you as if it’s loud in the store (which it is not).

The service was horrible. There was a line of people and as next in line a guy in the back took the person who came on behind me. Then he took my pizza along with the other guys pizzas and added butter and garlic which I did not want then they tried to give me the pizza saying that they didn’t add anything to it and wanted me to take the pizza. Then they gave me an attitude about wanting a new pizza.

I walked in and ordered a fresh custom pizza and an Italian cheese bread. Since I was a walking I knew I’d have to wait for my order. When I got home with my order I couldn’t believe my eyes. I had a fresh custom made hot pizza and an Italian cheese bread that look an hour old at least. I can’t figure out how someone would think that would be cool. They should have made both items fresh to order.

Called up there today May 19th to order a pizza. I was told they cannot modify the pizza. All I wanted was extra cheese. He said they are not allowed to modify pizzas because the price is already cheap. I said that is fine just charge me extra I have no problem paying extra for what I want and Josh the manager still refused to do so. I can now see why the ratings of this Little Caesars is so low. I will never do business there again.

Love my Local Store! I’ve been hoping for a while now we would get a Lil Caesar’s here in Milan. The one in Saline I have had issues with in the past with rushing orders while I wait. I have no problem waiting for my order, so long as I get a ‘cooked’ pizza in the end. I have had zero issues so far at the Milan location. I have had wait times, because it’s become a bit of a hot spot, but Tamra has always been honest with my wait time. She tells me 8 minutes or so and is that okay, I say that’s fine. I would be very upset if I got home and realized I had raw/under cooked pizza.but every time she tells me a wait time it has been the time until I get a fully cooked and completed pizza. I am a pizza addict who grew up on Lil C’ so I am a bit biased, but when you go here you know what you are getting. It has been the same for years and is often purchased due to the convenience of the product. Well, this location won’t let you down even if they can’t meet the level of convenience you were hoping for. In the end the most important part is getting a pizza you are satisfied with, and I have gotten that every time.
