Placed an online order at 7, wasn’t ready until after 9!! Pretzel crust pizza is a hot-n-ready item between 4-8pm and yet wasn’t ready for over 2 hours! Then they mark the item as ready and told me “oh yeah I don’t know where the order is…” Told people in the store they weren’t accepting any walk in orders, they had to be placed online or over the phone, yet they can’t even answer their phone… You just get sent to a call center out of the country that can’t even help cancel the order. No refund or percentage off next purchase, just a “ya sorry bout that”… Not to mention the horrible parking situation at this location. Never again!

It’s a Little Caesars that is showing wear…service use to be better but that’s just how it is a lot of places anymore…pizza is the same. I would suggest ordering ahead otherwise expect at least 10-15 minute wait.

This is the busiest Little Ceasars I have ever been to during dinner rush! They do a good job at getting pizzas out as fast as they can and they are hot a tasty. The parking lot is very small so it is a literal free for all for parking at busy times. When the spots are all full, people park sideways, double stacked, on the street, down the street, in front of other businesses. It is wild! When I go there, I try to back into a spot while waiting for my pizza and get a front row seat to the chaos!! LOL. Pro-tip: Call ahead for better results!

The last couple of times I’ve been to this location the wait time is extremely long. I’m not sure if they are short of workers but even the online orders are backed up its ridiculous. I like this location because their food is fresh but I hope they improve the wait time. There were alot of people walking out because they didn’t have any Hot n Ready. I hope they improve.

I have been a pretty frequent custom of this location for a few years now. Easy, cheap meal for the whole family. The last few times the service and product has gone down hill. This time I ordered the two “loaded up” (extramost bestest and the old world fanceroni] pepperoni pizzas they offer currently. Both pizzas had less then 20 pepperonis and the crust was under cooked and gooey. Not to mention when ordering online lately and they give you the pick up estimate it had been like 15 minutes later the last few times.

Every time I come in there is no “hot and READY” pizza. The wait today was 45 minutes. Last time was 35/40 At that point I just ordered from a better pizza place, and waited 20 minutes instead … seems like a management & staff laziness problem they should be prepping a lot more.
