Left out sauce for my crazy combo. Everything is cold and undercooked. Sucks even more that I thought I ordered from the other cherry hill location and had to travel an extra 10 minutes to get the food already. Noticed that I hadn’t gotten the sauce halfway home so I stopped at the one I thought I had ordered from originally. Both times I visited the other location they were so polite and helpful. They didn’t even charge me for the replacement sauce.

This place is a mess…order online to do a portal pick up. They said my order was ready for pick up at 7:24 i get there at 8 and it’s no where to be found, no one at the counter with a lobby full of people, after 15 minutes of waiting with no help finally someone comes up, helps someone that came in after me…they leave and i stand there waiting to heller for another 15 or so minutes. This is ridiculous…almost an hour later and still no food and no help if i could i give this place negative stars.

Monday evening got a hot and ready wasn’t cooked all the way you could tell by the color of the pizza on the bottom. Tuesday morning after 8am sick to my stomach, now its Wednesday still sick after being up all night. I should have known better I could see kitchen counter where pizza is prepped from the front counter it was dirty, front counter was dirty.

I received door dash from a pizza portal (they need a code to access). When I got my order… Nothing was correct. I ordered stuffed crust and received regula and it was burned. Ordered stuffed bread and received crazy bread. I lost $10 because of this because door dash wouldn’t refund it all. I tried calling to see if they would replace it and no one answered the phone.

Open till 9pm drive over to find them leaving the store at 4::49pm telling me they are closed not staff issues as 2 where walking out couldn’t be pizza outage as the male had a pizza in his hands as they locked up curiously I ask why she tells me she don’t owe me an explanation my guess just plain lazy or poor staff off to burger King it is WOW

I’ve been going to this location for years but this last one was disgusting. The staff was unprofessional and dressed like it was a nightclub. The pizza was slappy and uncut and the dough was not cooked in the crazy bread. I hope management gets this place back to the way it was!

Avoid location if possible, literally the worst location ever. The food is always under cooked and doughy. Their open til 9 but I guess they can pick and choose their hours. You can also tell there’s a high turn over because I almost never see the same person twice. I took a picture of the doughy pizza but unfortunately I couldn’t share it.

I called no answer or answering machine. Place an order online and get there at 903pm and someone is inside walking around. Charged me for food. I want a refund and will be taking my business else where. This is the second time this has happened at this location, closes when the website says otherwise.
