Tonight (6/21/2023) the longest day of the year, I had the longest day of my life, and my day neared its end in the parking lot of little Caesars. I brought my cat along (for moral support and to make sure there wasn’t any poison in the cheese) our pizza was a bit of a wait but nothing in the realm of unreasonable. FOLKS, I’m here to tell you that I’m not generally a fan of little Caesar’s but the staff tonight killed it. My pizza was awesome and I’m grateful to anyone working this long,,, long,, long day. Five stars tonight guys. Keep it up!!!

9/1/2023 – stopped by and placed an order online for pick up. A simple order – 1 order of pepperoni cheese bread & 1 ranch. After waiting 35-40 minutes in the parking lot, I finally received confirmation that the order way ready and when i picked it up it was not even what I ordered. They didn’t even offer to fix the mistake after I returned the incorrect bread. Long wait + didn’t even receive my food or refund.

Employees are young and unsupervised which leads to poor customer service and speed. Every time I walk in it’s a 15 plus min wait for a regular pepperoni hot n ready. You’re better off going to the one in Lincoln Park as you’ll waste less time even with the extra drive

The last 4 times we have ordered from here, the dough was undercooked. I can’t be the only one experiencing this issue. Furthermore, you can’t order your pizza “well done” online. They need to fix their ovens or adjust their process here. The pizza is laughable, I won’t be coming back, and I’m telling my neighbors too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very Good Experience. I ordered a custom Deep Deep Dish Pizza with extra pepperoni , cheese , sauce, and mushrooms . They were busy, but there was only a 10 minute wait. The parking is very convenient and very accessible and adequate! Ounce again I want to Stress How Helpful and Friendly the Staff is. The Pizza Tasted Great ! Very Pleasant Experience, I Highly Recommend This Store! !
